Ate breakfast here once before a few years ago and it was fine, but this time the plate was swimming in grease and the bacon and sausage had little black bits all over and the fried egg was sort of folded in on itself and solid. Won't be risking it again.

Wouldn't actually give it one star if I didn't have to. Smells horrific inside!! Staff have no idea of customer service - I've worked in bars my entire life and can easily clock who was first/next/fifth. Unfortunately, staff here seem completely unable to do that. Got overlooked once by one member of staff who served someone who arrived after us... More

Ate dinner here while watching the rugby on the Friday of the May Day weekend. It was busy and noisy but a good atmophere. Didn't have to wait too long for food which was good. Portions were decent and food tasty. For a quick bite to eat it was good.

As we were walking to the Royal Observatory, we stopped here for breakfast. All were very satisfied. There was only one young lady tending the whole floor so she was very busy. We waited a while for our food but it was very tasty.

My boyfriend and I found this Restaurant/Bar by accident when we got off the train at the wrong station and wanted to shelter from the rain, the atmosphere is great - really relaxed and friendly and the food was fantastic, only issue was that we ordered Nachos as a starter and these were brought out at the same time as... ...because they refused to swap a beer for a soft drink in an afternoon offer. They do a 'classic burger and a beer' for £8. Yet refused to change a beer for a soft drink, even tho they would have saved money on the deal. Clearly, not as cred and cool as they want you to believe they are. Won't... More

Hey We are sorry to hear of your negative experience with us. We are very sorry that the team member was unable to swap the beer as part of the beer and burger deal for a soft drink. This should have been available to you however the mistake was down to some miss communication with a new team member. Once... More

Had early dinner here as off to o2. The chicken burger and beefburger we had were lovely, cooked well and uniquely served. Good prices too! We also had breakfast here, again for £5 couldn't beat it...not gourmet food, but good pub food. Would def come again if in the area.

We really enjoyed our experience here. Everyone was so friendly. The food was very good and well priced. We stayed for the entire evening drinking and chatting with fellow travelers. Very comfortable English pub atmosphere. The staff were all very attentive. We'll be back

Staying in Greenwich

Neighborhood Profile
Greenwich
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
