Fun

This place is in a good location. And the whole place is fun to go. Having dinner wearing a large Mexican hat is an odd experience. Food is average Service is slow most of the time

It's a lively place, food is good along with the service.., not bad but not real Mexican food as I went with a Mexican friend... A good place to meet friends for a fun evening...

Went here on Thursday night with my husband. The Mexican music and general atmosphere totally moved us away from London. We felt like we are somewhere at another warmer country and when the conditioner started I totally felt like that was breeze coming from the sea. I had the ribs with their honey bbq souse. Was very enjoyable. Also had... More

Average food - average margaritas - average service - nice atmosphere though- it looked a bit like "a first date" meeting place.

Make a reservation before coming here - very busy at dinner time. This Mexican restaurant can't figure out whether it is something from South America, Cuba, or Mexico. I ordered tacos and the tacos came with nothing in them - seriously...no meat, lettuce, cheese...just two empty shells. They don't serve cheese enchiladas here either. Maybe this is a UK Mexican... Good value and taste of food with atmosphere. Friendly attentive staff. My wife liked the cocktails and I liked trying a few different Mexican beers.

Went here after work with colleagues and sat for a few hours drinking the very good and very strong cocktails! The Cuba libres were excellent! We followed this with some Mexican food which was also excellent! I note another reviewers comments on his burger and chips not being up to standard! Why would you? When the Mexican food is so... Great place and cosy atmosphere. Best chili con carne I've ever had! Loco Mexicano sure is a place to recommend. Try it, if you get around.

Myself and my partner came in here for lunch one day! It was only the two of us in the restaurant but it was expected on a Monday afternoon! The lunch menu was two courses for 8pound something and was absolutely beautiful! I'm so sad we didn't not find this little gem earlier on in our trip as I would... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
