We visited Loco Mexicana to celebrate a friend’s birthday, there was a large selection of food and drink to choose from and when our food came the portions were of an average size but we were all pleased with our choices. After our food had been cleared away a waiter then came over to the table and asked if it... More

We stumbled across this place last night and we were not disappointed. The food tasted great, the staff were extremely friendly and as for the atmosphere, at first we thought the tables were abit close but once we were seated it wasn't an issue, it added a friendly and buzzing atmosphere to the place. The prices are very reasonable. Couldn't... More

Went on a busy Saturday night. Atmosphere was quite good. Service was good, but food was pretty average. Had nachos and ribs to start. Both ok. I had chicken enchillada for main. This was served with rice and salad. All quite bland really. Not somewhere I'd had back to.

Enjoyable little restaurant that makes a pretty good effort at trying to replicate a traditional Mexican restaurant or at least a European interpretation of one. Tables are tightly packed so not too much room for a large party to chill out and take time over a meal and a few drinks. For me, I was in a hurry and the... More

We have been a few times as it is just around the corner, think it is really good value and the food is tasty. Starter, Main and Drinks usually costs us about 20-25 pounds pp. Real comfort food. The staff do not speak a lot of English. Other than that enjoy it every time

Ended up at this restaurant with an hour to spare before we went to see Wicked. The restaurant we wanted to eat at had a half hour wait so we needed to find somewhere and stumbled on this. I'm glad I didn't read reviews first else I wouldn't have gone. The restaurant is fun with over the top character. All... More

We visted the restaurant because it was recommended to us by a friend. One of us ordered fish which was very nice , the others ordered the corona chilli con carne which was nice but nothing special. The red wine was good and the virgin cocktail was nice as well. However the service was poor. The waiters spoke poor english, which would have not... I dont know where to start. OK, lets be honest and start with the positive: Friendly staff. Thats it. Then to the rest, first of all if you see other reviews by me, you will understand I am really into Mexican food. This place does not serve Mexican food. They seem to be serving guacamole from a tin can gotten... More

We were wary of going here based on reviews about bad service, but we really enjoyed it! The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, the service was prompt and friendly.

I have been here quite a few times over the last 5 years, its not my cup of tea personally but my colleagues teenage son loves it. Whilst I have never had a top notch Mexican meal it has always been tasty & fun. The waiting staff have also been attentive and friendly. This time was totally opposite. The manager... More
