I saw you coming !

I have to say that I had an agreeable breakfast with my wife and daughters but it's no wonder houses cost a fortune in Notting Hill with poached eggs ,a bit of smoked salmon and sauce costing £11.50 or 11.5 as they say at Daylesford. I thought that £90 + a tad steep for 4 and as a suggestion, I... read more

This is paradise for me. I loved the idea, the products, the service, the interior and I had a blast there.

This place is really cute and probably the food is really genuine. However, 40£ for an hamburger (with no side at all), a platter of salmon (sliced veeeeery thin) and two glasses of wine seems too much.

Great for food on the run - but if you have time the tables out the front are prime position for people watching. Decent coffee and delicious juices and pastries.

Typical...we tried several times to come here but like several places similar in Notting Hill, they do not take reservation. So you end up waiting for 30/45 minutes to get a table. I guess that is part of the hype...you got to deserve it. End result is disappointing. 6£ for a juice - and they did not have any more... More

This is a pleasant place, nicely decorated and maybe some of the things on the menu weren't as ridiculously overpriced. But you cannot charge 6 pounds for a half glass of juice. Total ripoff.

This place, for me, is heaven on earth. With a very inviting entrance, everything looks delicious, clean and ready to be devoured. I'm an absolute food lover - Especially when I know it's organic and mostly locally produced - Totally love what this place is about. Their homeware section is also fantastic, if pricey for some of us early 20-somethings.... More

Had a full breakfast one day, good but pricey, and the rest of the days just ordered coffee and scones to go. The ginger cookies are also quite delicious and I brought some across the Atlantic!

Service was terrible throughout our lunch. We asked 4 times for water, had to wave frantically and even stand up every time we needed a waitress. They forgot the toast that was included with my Caesar chicken salad and forgot the coffee we ordered. When we ordered dessert, one waiter said the kitchen was closed, then a 2nd said we... More

Breakfast was top notch. Have visited their other location for lunch though and found £19 a bit much for a salad with chicken! It is good food though, lots of options for the health conscious.

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighborhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighborhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
