This was an inpromptu visit. I had two lovely ice cold glasses of champagne and a delicious king prawn salad and the chaps had steak, one ribeye one fillet medallions with a bottle of valpollicella. Good reviews all round for this cosy and friendly restaurant . Thoroughly enjoyed it!

A regular haunt for London's West End property industry that offers fast friendly dependable service. This is an interesting underground bar for a private conversation over a class of Valpolicella and a sandwich. Do get to the venue early if you want a quiet table in the arches to the right of the bar. If you decide to dine in... More

I have been eating in Fino's for over 20 years and whether is a meal at the Bar or in the Restaurant its always excellent, the Owners and Staff are very hospitable and nothing is too much trouble.

This is a basement warren very popular with those in the property industry. It has gone unchanged for many years and could be described as steady and dependable but also as antiquated and vapid. The food is fine and the service is too but there must be lots of places in the West End within a few minuites walk from... More

This is the 'school canteen' for hundreds of middle aged Commercial Agents, packed in like Sardeenes, who would appear to be perfectly happy to spend most of Friday there rather than work. Wonder what they actually tell their shareholders and wives ! Behind the sea of pinstriped bulging suits and grey hair, this long established 'institution' (as it is called... More

Dropped in here for a light lunch, the sandwiches were very reasonably priced, the salt beef was particularly good. The bar was immaculate, but like something from 20 or 30 years ago! The wine is very reasonably priced £16.90 for a bottle of house white, the bitter was also very good. After descending the stairs don't just stay by the... More

This review is for Fino's Wine Cellar at 12 North Row Park Lane. It is associated with the one on Mount Street. The pizza is very good and so is the wine selection by the glass. The atmosphere is nothing special, but not bad either. The service is very good, they accept credit cards, and they offer outdoor seating. Overall,... More

There's something wholesome about the idea of a wine cellar / restaurant beneath Mayfair whose 1970s decor and matching menu nevertheless keep the punters coming back for more. Fino's is a fairly priced cavern beneath Mount Street where the service is friendly yet chaotic whilst the ambience is decidedly from another era, right down to the crockery and the wooden... More

Fino's has been providing authentic Italian food at sensible prices for many years. It is an unusual restaurant being in a cellar but it works well and is recommended. Ambience is pleasant and it is always busy. Service is friendly and the prices are reasonable for London.

Revisited on a Friday with 6 other property geriatrics. Have been going there for 30 years plus. The staff are as old as us but they are brilliant old Italian professionals. Efficient, hard working with just the right amount of back chat. We always have mountains of wonderful toasted sandwiches with a plate of chips in the middle. ( toasted... More
