Uninterested upon arrival. Server was outside on a break, smoking, in full view of us whilst we waited for someone, anyone to ask how the meal was/anyone need anything/bring the bill etc. Food was overcooked & dry and slightly burned in places on one dish, which we could have mentioned if anyone had come to ask. Toilets were appalling, smelly,... More

Nice service, average food (great choice of pizzas and they let you have toppings), but I strongly recommend you their polenta potatoes...just jummy!

We needed a take out at 10.30 pm and they were very helpful as we didn't know the menu as not regular Express users. We were served in a timely manner and got back to our hotel with our pizza in tact with ahndy carrier bag. Nom Nom Delicious

There are plenty of Pizza Express in London. We've been (for several times) in the one located between Holborn and RUssel Square undergrounds. It's a good place to grab a pizza, to have a pasta or even a salad. Nice restaurant, with quick service and good staff.

We ordered pizza and pasta to-go (To take away) and were a bit hungry. The order easily took 30 minutes but the place was packed. Express is not really really express. We really enjoyed the food. The cooks were in a hurry but gave a big smile when I took a picture. Most of the staff was very friendly. There... More

Would not recommend this place, salad was cold felt like to came straight out of the fridge, pizza was below average. Service vert friendly, but not enough to make up for poor quality food. Pizza Express used to be better.

I love pizza express but really like this particular one. Find the staff very friendly and service is prompt and prices are very reasonable as with all other pizza express'. Thanks for a nice lunch.

We visited this restaurant on a Sunday evening, when it was not very busy and rather quiet. The food was good as ever for the usual Pizza Express standard, and excellent service. One tip is always look out for voucher codes on the internet. There was 25% off most main courses after 5pm on Sunday, so saved around £10 on... More

I love pizza and 20 years ago I loved Pizza express. I used to go to a Pizza Express 2-3 times per week. I fell out of love with Pizza Express 15 years ago and probably last visited 5 years ago or so. Last Friday, I went to the Bywood Street branch with a friend. We shared a double dough... More

I visited with 4 friends and had the most horrendous experience at this branch! This cannot be said for my other experiences at different branches! Our waitress was rude, forgot both my main and starter and we got nothing off the bill. Understandably it was busy but this is not the point!
