Nice restaurant, dessert too much though.

We booked a reservation here following our trip to the theatre to see the Woman in Black. Upon entering there are several waitresses waiting to escort you to your table. The restaurant is nicely designed, and was very busy. Plenty of staff were on hand though. Fire and Stone has a... read more

Exhausted and hot from walking decided to try Fire and Stone as you can never go wrong with Italian. However, biggest disappointment. There was no air on on a hot summers day. And even though there were plenty of seats the waiters seated people very close together so you're almost sitting with the next table. Starters I got a calamari,... More

The restaurant is nicely designed, and was very busy. Plenty of staff were on hand though. Fire and Stone has a pre-theatre deal - two courses for 12 pounds or... More

We really enjoyed our meal. The pizza was lovely and so were the staff. However, we were with our daughter (2) who has a dairy allergy. We explained this to the staff and they appeared to understand the importance of the situation. Therefore we were very disappointed when her spaghetti bolognaise arrived it was served with garlic bread which was... More

The place looks nice, but we waited a very long time for food and one of our pizzas was cold. Wouldn't eat here again.

My boyfriend surprised me for our anniversary to this restuarant. The staff were very friendly and even though we were early for our reservation, they were more than happy to seat us. There was a lot of choice for their menu, and I liked the themed idea for the pizzas. We had starters, main and dessert and it was all... More

Had a promotional voucher for this Pizza restaurant and decided to take advantage of the offer. We were quickly and efficiently found a table for 5 and ordered drinks. Very prompt and courteous service and we were made to feel very welcome. Menu was varied and one of our party had Pasta. Food was excellent and we had no complaints... More

We arrived about 5pm and was greeted by a lovely lady and we asked for a table for four. We had our five year old daughter and 7month old asleep in pushchair. And was only visiting London for the day. Granted we hadn't booked a table but was in the lobby area where 4 other staff were and there was... More

We had a set menu as part of a promotion. On the set menu there is not a lot of choice but we found something we liked. The staff are very helpful and kept offering more drinks, you pay extra. The venue from the outside looks quite small but it does go back and open up to a large open... More

I have eaten here several times and it has always been very good. On this occasion we were a party of 11 which included 3 generations to please, from a 12 year old to 70 somethings. Everyone was happy - kids had pizzas and smoothies, parents had a decent glass of wine with their food and grandparents enjoyed some pasta.... More

Went here yesterday evening. Initial service was ok and pizza was nice but the service towards the end of the evening was dreadful - trying to get anyone's attention was nigh on impossible and not even me standing up and putting my coat on to leave prompted anyone to bring us the bill!
