'Nothing special'

The place looks nice, quite big and very busy when we visited. I don't really have something bad to say, nor something all too great. It was all a bit 'average' to me. It's interesting that the restaurant does some 'strange' toppings on pizzas. I myself am quite a fan of the more traditional... read more

I've been to this restaurant several times before so had no hestitation booking it for my friends hen party. What a big mistake! I booked the party menu for 11 of us, so it should have been simple and quick, how wrong was I! It took them 3 attempts to get our drink order out, our waitress was very quiet... More

We visited this restaurant as we happened to have a voucher. Staff were very polite and helpful in dealing with this. Atmosphere was good, staff friendly, service was good. Pizzas had interesting flavour combinations, would go again as it's a good pizza restaurant very conveniently located in Covent Garden, easy to find.

Such a delicious range of pizzas ... you certainly won't find these topping combinations anywhere else! It's a favourite place every time we're in London. It's somewhere I've been with family, with friends and go on a date-night with the hubby before seeing a show. We've been many times and so far we haven't been disappointed! The only downside is... Visited restaurant as part of a theatre-meal deal so wasn't expecting much but wow, very impressed!! Fantastic range of unusual topping pizzas plus salads, and pasta - really super delicious and one of the nicest pizzas I have ever had! Really yummy. Highly recommended and lovely, modern yet atmospheric & spacious setting. Waiting staff pleasant and efficient! Will definitely be... More

I celebrated my 30th birthday with a dinner with friends in Fire & Stone and it was wonderful. I had booked the table months in advance and it was easy and hassle-free. On the night the restaurant had put balloons on the table (nice touch) and were friendly and helpful throughout the evening. The food was great - excellent range... More

Booked a table for 2 here late one Friday afternoon our food and drinks arrived and after that we were ignored for the rest of the meal it was as though we were invisible, I asked for a glass when our drinks came and that never arrived. The Pizzas was bland a real disappointment. The bill was £41 2 pizzas... More

Used to go to Fire and Stone on a regular basis but have not been for a while. They still have a range of pizzas with unusual toppings, but the choice appeared smaller than we remembered it. Also the pizzas come uncut and only one person is given a pizza wheel. Great if you want to share each others toppings... More
