At the heart of London's West End theatre district, Brumus has a warm and comfortable decor ideal for meeting with family, friends or clients. A buzzing dining destination with exclusive private rooms, Brumus serves classic British dishes such as Wild Sea Bass, Roast Suffolk Chicken Breast, and Beer Battered Pollock. Met in London for lunch on a Saturday with close friends - we were a party of 8. We booked Brumus without really knowing what we would get and happily we were not at all disappointed. Good menu variety, excellent food and really attentive friendly staff. Brumus has a relaxed atmosphere and is very comfortable for a leisurely lunch -... More

My daughter and I had tea at Brumus in celebration of my birthday......the restaurant exceeded my expectations. After walking for most of the day we were tired and Brumus provided a pleasant atmosphere in which to take a rest and enjoy proper tea. Much to my delight, I was presented with a complimentary birthday plate and the hostess chatted with... More

My husband and I went here for tea on our honeymoon to celebrate as a gift from my sister and brother in law. It was a really fun experience and we were treated like special guests by the staff. We each ordered a different option for the tea: traditional and the more modern Brumus. It was fun to sample them... More

We were sent to Brumus by our concierge for a pre theatre dinner and were very pleased. The waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had the John Dory fish and the gnocchi and both were very good. The decor was lovely and we were out in plenty of time for the theatre

I booked an early table for a meal before going to see the phantom (the theatre is literally across the road). The greeter was a strange young man. He seemed puzzled that we'd booked a table and gave us a vague wave towards the seating area where we stood for a long while, waiting hopefully. Not at all friendly and... More

I had chicken curry served with jasmine rice and poppadoms. They offered as 'dish of the day' menu(£12.50, additional 12.5% charge) on Thursday. Its flavor was good and poppadoms were crispy. Overall, it was delicious. Staffs were nice but not the best. This restaurant is a quite spacious place but seems to make a reservation in advance because Most of... More

I went to Brumus with my parents yesterday, as we were celebrating a special occasion. We'd never visited the restaurant before, just relying on the great reviews online, and were pleased to find out that it lived up to the hype. We started with a couple of cocktails, and there was an enormous variety to choose from on the menu... More

Met four friends here for lunch yesterday - we all travelled into London from various points in the country. Restaurant was not particularly busy but it was a Monday ! We were warmly welcomed and had a lovely table by the window. Had seen the special offer of three courses for £19.95 but were not offered that menu and had... More

The food was excellent. So was the ambience, the decor, and the service! Really, service at many of the top London restaurants have gone down hill, but at Brumus, it's better the ever. The half orders of pastas, especially the gnocchi was sumptuous and generous in size... the wine and champagne list was tops. This restaurant was such a perfect... More
