Great food, poor service.

The food at the restaurant is nice and of the same standard as other Italian chain restaurants. The ambience was nice and a very romantic setting. The service however was awful, the staff were rude and did not seem to have much knowledge of the menu. I would recommend a visit for the food but bare... read more

Great location in Covent Garden. Coffee is delicious and eats also. Lunches are rich, the ravioli delicious bu oh so filling. Service is good, happening vibe downstairs (go for a circular bench seat if possible) but it's very noisy. Upstairs is much more intimate and with wooden floorboards and nice for a quick lunch. Prices are reasonable, for London.

Small cute restaurant close to Covent Garden. It is not large at all and tables are small. It was two of us having dinner and a larger table would have come in handy. The service is quite correct. The menu is quite good. The biggest "issue" (if you can call it that) is that the food is not as good... More

Although being solo without reservation, I was seated at a wonderful table. The food was delicious and the fairly priced wine - on advice of the waiter - was a good choice too. The atmosphere was cosy and calm. Afterward, when I found out that this is a (mini) chain, I couldn't believe it.

With a couple of friends, I visited Cafe Pasta for a weekday lunch. Don't be deceived by the tiny upstairs area, there is a vast downstairs dining area in the basement which is light and atmospheric. We were shown promptly to our table, and offered drinks more or less right away. We only had a main course each and all... More

Spent a great saturday in London, lovely weather and plenty of sight seeing. Found this great restaurant when mooching around covent garden. Lovely authentic italian food, carbonarra and tiramisu to die for. Would definately dine here again, infact have planned next visit to London in few weeks and will be heading here. Not too pricey and informal, good waiter service... More

My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant after reading the positive reviews. Unfortunately we could not agree at all with those. Despite the fact we visited on a quiet monday evening, we were left waiting by the door for quite sometime, without no one greeting us. That's fine, they said they did not hear the door bell. We ordered... More
