Fresh from a fabulous transformation, Queen Adelaide has been reborn as a beautiful new local. Established in the late 18th century on the borders of Wandsworth and Putney, Queen Adelaide has been the pub at the heart of this community ever since. We promise to keep it that way. Fresh, light and comfortable, your pub now boasts a contemporary and stylish design. We are particularly proud of our stunning new Dining Room and the Tasting Table, an area available for exclusive use and events. Our gorgeous garden complete with pergola and outdoor heating will serve you perfectly for all-year-round outdoors refreshment. New, fresh and seasonal dishes celebrating the best of British produce have been lovingly crafted by our team of Chefs and combined to form our new menus. A quick lunch for health-conscious office workers, a mighty three-course dinner, weekend brunch or our selection of perfect Sunday Roasts, we've got you covered. We're a pub at heart and of course we love to welcome our neighbours over for a few drinks! Our team look forward to spoiling you with our enviable selection of Young's unique cask ales, world-class wines and sprits, London and American craft beers or perhaps a perfectly refreshing long drink?

Nice pub but food a bit pricey

Very nice dog/kid friendly pub. Really nice cosy atmosphere. The food was good but not exceptional; value for money is not high.

The new menu is absolutely amazing, all four of the meals we had today were lovely but special mention goes to one of the best burgers I have ever had - fantastic mix of flavours and textures. I would eat another right now if I could fit it in. Actually I may wait here half an hour just so I... More

This Sunday went for lunch and were told all roasts would take about 20 minutes due to a delay on potatoes. I wanted the pork belly so was happy to wait, partner ordered cottage pie. - After 40 minutes, the waitress came over and said there was no Pork Belly. She apologised but said they were busy and offered no... More

Had lunch there in mid december. Service was good. Food was good. Nice cheery place with good ambience. Seemed like most of the other customers were regulars

I've tried this pub a few times now, such a great venue- really attractive. Please sort out your lack of staff & slow service, you're ruining your pub! Walked out tonight after 10 mins waiting at the bar ... When there weren't even many people infront of me. Slowwwww

We went for a family Sunday lunch and whilst the roast lunches were great we had to wait an age for service. We arrived at our pre-booked table on time but had to wait 10-15 minutes for our waitress to appear with menus and take our drink orders. Although it is a pub you can't collect your own drinks from... More

Even though this place was a friend's suggestion after she had gone randomly to have drinks, we decided to try it out for a sunday brunch. A party of 8, first group to order food, and ended up waiting for an hour and half, when we finally got our food, it was cold, one of the dishes with a hair,... More

We visited for Sunday lunch and were told that the wait for a roast dinner is 45 minutes, so we picked alternatives from the menu, food that we didn't really want but didn't really want to wait 45 minutes either. After an hour we were told that out food would be with us shortly - due to the vegetable pie... More

I'm a local and have been in the Queen Adelaide a good few times. What has always struck me as its downfall is the service of the bar staff and lack of table service. The bar staff (and i have been a barman for a few years) are very poor and extremely slow, there is a constant queue when there... More

We googled Sunday Lunch in Putney Bridge and the overwhelming result was this place, awesome meal and I had the famous King's Roast. Totally hit the spot and I'm still not hungry 8 hours later. Pay it a visit.
