Near the British Museum, with a nice decoration. The food was excelent. They have a very nice place outdoor. The price is not chip but well for the quality.

Hidden in the maze of little streets between the British Museum and Tottenham Court Road Tube Station is this nice little Greek restaurant. I've never known it not to a have a table but never known it to be empty either. A good range of authentic Greek dishes, pleasant staff and reasonably priced.

I was particular looking for a Greek restaurant, glad i found this. Went there with no reservation, no problem to get a table. Food was good and quite authentic compared to what you get in some other places. No faults so far, but not exceptional either. Service was quick and for a London place, rather friendly. Even considering the location,... More

We were looking for a restaurant close to the British Museum, and after seeing the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor, decided to try Konaki. We were not disappointed! The restaurant is located in a little side street right across from the British Museum, so it's very convenient if you're in the area. The waiters were very friendly and efficient, and... More

This is a charming small restaurant, where we had a lovely evening. Actually I didn't really need a main course because we had so many lovely dips to begin with, felt quite full quickly! They were delicious. The excellent wine was surprisingly French. The main course was large and slightly disappointing, although the whole meal tasted as if it was... More

I had an early dinner by myself at the window. It felt very cozy and comfortable. There appeared to be staff and family dining together in the back of the dining room, with lots of conversation and laughter back and forth. The fixed-price dinner was plenty of food for me. Everything was fresh and homemade. This is a quiet little... More

We really enjoyed our previous meals here but quality control seems to be slipping. Plus we received a less than warm welcome. We arrived for an early dinner at 5:30 p.m. and the first thing the waitress said was that we had be relinquish our table by 8 p.m. Well, if they serve the food in a timely manner, we... More

I have visited this eating place a few times. The food is reliably tasty, almost authentic Greek, fairly priced. It is a convenient place to eat after a visit to the British Museum. However , Greek coffee , should be FREE.
