Several members of our family were going to a Sunday evening choral concert at a church just off Bayswater Road and we looked for a restaurant for an early supper. As it was, we found Angelus and arrived at 5-30pm, just in time to qualify for the set lunch, and what a delight it was. The staff were very welcoming... More

It is one of the best places to dine at in London, if you love great food+great ambiance+excellent service. The lounge area and separate dining area makes it a great restaurant to go to if you want to start your evening early. They had a great selection of wines and the some exciting desserts on the menu. The food was... More

A friend of mine took me here for dinner the other night and it was simply out of this world. I tend to order food I simply couldn't imagine cooking at home and so ordered the scallops to start and the rabbit as a main. Both courses were works of art. The presentation matched the flavours - all bursting with... More

I've been here several times with family and friends, and it really is the best restaurant of its kind in London. Hands down.

A table of 10 on a very busy night. The food stunning, one of the best cellars in London and incredible service. The staff coped admirably with awkward off-menu requests and did it all with great humour. La Gavroche influence is unmistakable in the ethos, quality and attention to detail - though Thierry brings his own touch of style to... More

My birthday treat was a meal out with my family, with a difference! Angelus Restaurant offers diners the opportunity to sit at the chef's table in the kitchen and see what happens in a busy restaurant, as well as receive personal service from the head chef and sommelier. The menu was blind, chosen by the chef, prepared and served by... More

Decided to book a table from looking at the Trip Advisor comments and was not disappointed. My business partner and I were welcomed into this compact and personal restaurant that is full of charm in central (ish) London. The service was superb and food delicious.
