I never got to eat here, i think its fair to say that i never will! I have had many meals in the worlds best restaurants so when American Express advised me they had a special offer with Alaine Ducasse offering a memorable experience i booked a table for 4. The bottom line is that i was unable to make... More

I went here for a birthday dinner, and it really was a truly memorable evening. The food, wine, decor and service were all as you'd expect from a 3* Michelin restaurant: all were absolutely stunning and just perfect. This is definitely somewhere to celebrate a special occasion. The food was exciting and contemporary, and the accompanying wine with each course... More

I have dined multiple times at Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester (ADAD) and my experience has always been positive. I was looking for the perfect venue to propose to my girlfriend and it had to be over dinner. ADAD was top of my list with the 'Table Lumiere' private dining room the ideal setting. I have dined in the Table... More

Having not been here for sometime, we visited it for their set lunch. I had the braised ox cheek and my wife had the stone bass. They were both perfection. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff with faultless service. Table 24 is a nice one for a couple. Have already rebooked for a special birthday occasion.

We had been looking forward to trying this restaurant for a long time and had high expectations - I'm glad to say we weren't disappointed. We stayed in the hotel (see separate review) - having booked the restaurant before booking a room. When I booked for dinner I was told the only option was for a very early meal -... More

We decided to splurge on a lunch at Alain Ducasse, as we felt the price of dinner was just too much to justify. What a wonderful lunch it turned out to be! We arrived at the hotel, and were escorted through the beautiful (and packed) lobby lounge by a staff member. Despite the fact that we arrived with a big... More

It was a brilliant experience. We arrived for lunch and had the £125 tasting menu. There is another tatsing menu at £185, but to be honest the £125 had better food choices. The restaurant itself is very nice, tables well spaced out and lots of little touches ie a pedastal to put your hand bag on, large tables. The service... More

We visited for first time for the set lunch and I cannot do justice to the whole experience! Absolutely brilliant meal, excellent choice of wines to match, and service that was quite honestly the finest we've ever experienced. Never intrusive but always there and the attention to detail was outstanding. A genuine delight and can't wait to return!

Went for set lunch 3 courses incl coffee £55 per head. So far so good. Dining room was lovely but had to wade through a corridor full of other guests taking afternoon tea. This felt naff and was worse for them I would have thought. Service was excellent, but you expect this from 3 Michelin stars. Food was pretty good... More
