I have had lunch here on no less than 8 occasions and the service, food and atmosphere are second to none. There are nice touches like the "cheese puffs" and variety of breads on offer. The staff are warm and friendly and the food is outstanding as are the petit fours.....well worth a visit and the set lunch with wine... More

Being one of just four restaurants in the country which have the much coveted three Michelin stars can sometimes be a problem. The sheer weight of expectation is huge, and the bill similarly so. I ate with a group of friends and while we thoroughly enjoyed the experience, I am afraid that it was no better than any of the... More

Took my wife to London for her birthday, stayed at Savoy and booked Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester. On arriving at the restaurant the service was very good and so was the 1st parts of the taster menu, then we came to the fish course. Straight away we felt the fish was not right but were told that it was fine.... More

I took an important client here for a thank you business lunch. The food was amazing and every course brought more delights. I went for the seasonal tasting menu. I had originally planned on the lunch fixed menu that was on the website, but there was no sign of this on the menu. The details were magnificent though. From melt... More

I took clients here one evening for dinner and was happy to get a table for 4 at 24 hours notice. We took 2 sets of tasting menus. I had the 7 course regular tasting menu, and my clients had the 7 course summer menu. The starters were fine and well executed. The mains of seabass followed by veal were... More

This was a special treat for sure, but make reservations. Each dish was perfect - well balanced flavors, beautiful presentation, and wonderful service.

My wife and I went for our anniversary. The interior is well decorated, but the approach is odd as you have to go through the promenade to reach the restaurant. Both service and food were great, but not 3 star standard. The tomatoes, though, were fantastic!

The two of us went for lunch on a weekday visit to London and chose the set £55pp menu which included two glasses of wine, bottled water and coffee for each guest. The food was excellent, as was the service, and the wines (two reds and two whites to choose from) delightful too. we'd have rated the lunch 5 but... More

We were there to celebrate our best friends' special anniversary. From the moment we walked in - we were made to feel special. The service was faultless. Mr Damien Pepin himself took the order as we were the fussy bunch with different dietary requirement. We opted for 7-course tasting menu with some minor adjustment as per dietary requirement. Mr Pastorello... More
