Cheese was posh.

This place is awesome, BUT the cheese on most of their items was a bit too fragrant for us common folk. Maybe it was a really posh cheese? Their beef lasagna was the bomb diggity. seating is hard to find on busy nights, but the atmosphere was awesome. Don't recommend coming with small children or... read more

There were 2 places to sit, one was bakery side w/self serviced and other one was the restaurant. Pizzas were great and freshly served.

Probably the best place in London for breakfast. Everything is freshly made, and you can taste that every pastry is made with Italian perfection. The poached eggs is the best ones I've ever had, and I've had a few over the years, and my girlfriend had some charcoal made eggs that was just brilliant. They have their own special blend... More

I went with my boyfriend about ten days ago for a slice of pizza. The food was the only good. I found prices extremely expensive for a piece of pizza. I want to understand you are in central London but this is not fair, it is just a pizza! Service was a disaster. Waiters were going around for cleaning the... More

Service is somewhat disorganised. Would be great to have a system for efficiency. One doesnt really know if there is a queue or where to order from (staff at the till or staff behind the counter). Food was excellent, esp the pastries. Breakfast items such as baked eggs with mushroom was to die for. The ambiance was good, nice lighting.... More

The place is very pretty and centrally located. Prices are ridiculous though £4.40 for a cannoli is a joke. Espresso is £2.10. I guess it will be still popular if there are people stupid enough to pay those prices. Music was so loud we had to shout to hear each other.

I was here for a couple of meetings and the coffee is excellent. I was persuaded to sample some of the delicious cakes and Italian sweets. Well worth it. The great atmosphere and wonderful location did it for me - it's got a great feel to the place. Get a seat at the window and being on Wardour Street there's... More

Reminded me an upmarket very crowded canteen. It was packed out for lunch and there was a great buzz about the place. Lots of options for a speedy lunch - sandwiches, pasta, assorted salads and a beef stew with mash and vegetables that looked delicious. I had mushroom tagliatelli with an olive focaccia and salad which was just delicious, Lots... More

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
