This experience is specially unique for lovers of haute couture craving for a lovely afternoon adorned by perfectly shaped delicious sandwiches and biscuits to go along with the most flavorful of all teas: the african blend. Right at the start, the welcoming service makes a stand that adds up to the magnificence of the menu, explained with grace and pride.... More

Would recommend this afternoon tea, we went for a birthday celebration. The staff are lovely, very friendly and the service was excellent. The sandwiches were full of flavour and you could have extra if you wanted them. The savouries which arrived on the bottom plate of the cake stand were not to our taste, but the cakes were lovely and... More

Booked the pret-a-portea as a birthday treat for my sister. 4 of us spent a fantastic 2 hours being wonderfully treated by the staff. The cakes, styled in keeping with some of the latest fashion gurus, were amazing, and the sandwiches divine. A brilliant selection of teas set it all off so nicely. All in the setting of the lovely... More

You must go and try this very special afternoon tea. It's all based on the current fashion shown and seasons. Very nice and elegant and very very yummy.

Visited the caramel room pret a portea afternoon tea. Made to feel very welcome the service, food and staff were excellent. Michelle served us and she couldn't do enough for us. I went as part of my birthday celebrations. I would highly recommend a visit.

My mum, sister and I have a girls trip to London every year and afternoon tea is always a part of it. We have visited a number of the large hotels including The Mayfair, The Hilton and The Metropolitan but none of these compare to the delight that was waiting for us at The Berkley! The staff were welcoming and... More

Enjoyed an excellent afternoon tea at the Berkeley. I am the firs to admit that I am not a huge fan of afternoon tea as it tends to be laden with plate after plate of diabetes inducing treats. The atmosphere here is a lot more relaxed than say at the Savoy or Claridges - the crowd here a lot more... More

Staying in Belgravia

Neighborhood Profile
Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
