Taiwan Village Restaurant is a an established restaurant based in Fulham, London. Our Head Chef, Mr Huang, came from Taiwan where he was trained in a wide variety of Chinese cuisines, but he specialises in the regional cuisines of Taiwan, Hunan and Szechuan. He has worked in a variety of restaurants in the centre of London since the mid-1980's, and understands the level of quality and preferences that customers expect from a fine Chinese restaurant.

Excellent Chinese food

Four of us who are regularly in Hong Kong on business met here for dinner. Really excellent Chinese food and very reasonable. A nice, light white wine. Service prompt but not rushed and very friendly.

Staying at the Ibis hotel and needed a change of scenery and food. Found this little restaurant on Tripadvisor and decided to give it a try. We were a bit early and the first in but it got a lot busier as the evening went on. The food was lovely, service very attentive and wine very reasonable. Absolutely no complaints... More

If you want to receive what you ordered, don't go here ! This used to be my favourite take-away in the area until they gave me something completely different to what I ordered and didn't have the decency to answer my e-mails regarding this.

As mentioned area is scruffy BUT this iplace is a jewel once thro the door. after several disappointing meals in more renowned restaurants asking silly prices this was so appreciated. some unusual dishes -so varied and tasty -and real value for money. will seek out again when back in London

Difficult to find and easy to ignore due to the modest location and frontage, I initially visited on a recommendation and have now eaten here a number of times. The food is excellent and well-priced and, without being an expert, seems authentic. The service is very attentive and good advice given. Will definitely continue to visit here.

I have been lucky to have been coming to this gem of a restaurant for years. The quality is outstanding time after time. Like many other reviewers I recommend the 'Let the Chef Decide' option.

Everything here is excellent. The service is very friendly and collection of starters so refreshing. They have many different things. The soup fantastic, the green beans out of this world. The main dishes of wood ear mushrooms and the ginger prawns all first class.

We opted for the Chef's choice menu (for min two people); the dishes are not written down and vary each day depending on what is freshly available. We were delighted with the quality and variety of the food and were introduced to lovely new flavours. The menu was well balanced between vegetable, meat, fish and seafood. Our favourite dishes included... More

Had the "leave it to the chef" course for 3 pax. The starters were nice, spicy but mostly deep fried. The main dishes of beef, lamb and chicken tasted almost the same and had a lot of oil. The steamed fish was really nice. The amount of food was too much. We were forcing ourselves to eat but had to... More
