Exceeded my expectations

Arrived late and this was the closest restaurant. Because we were late it wasn't busy. Food was very good, good service. In a small centre called Brunswick and there is some construction going on so a person might think not to go in, but definitely worthy. Went back for a second night with friends... read more

My visit was driven by seeing an excellent limited edition burger on their website. The burger itself was cooked properly, but it was assembled with a lack of care and did not live up to the drool-inducing portrayal on their website. All other "posh burger restaurants" do onion rings in batter, here it turned out that they are coated in... More

The door is very nice. The tables are big. The portions are generous and the burgers or the grilled chicken fillet are very tasty! A value for money casual restaurant.

Very good, clean, prompt service! Nice choice of foods! Good prices! I especially liked the buffalo offering! Drink selection was good also!

Visited here with the family and enjoyed the burgers we had. The £14.95 deal of a burger, chips and a drink was good value. The burgers are well put together and very filling. The restaurant is quite small, and the staff quite friendly.

My friend and I brought our [combined] 5 children to GBK for lunch before going to see Father Christmas. We had decided it was the best option based on the children's menu. We arrived to find a fairly empty restaurant and were seated at a large table. I love GBK, but this one is very cramped - I was smushed... More

The guy serving us was rubbish. He really didn't want to be there. The staff were friendly enough but didn't really talk and really didn't seem to want to be there. The only saving grace was the waitress that brought me my burger. She seemed to be the only one that wanted to be human there.

I wanted a change from Hotel meals and this was a good alternative. Nicely cooked and relatively inexpensive for London it was a good place to go.

I came here to have a catch up with a friend, I had a classic burger meal, £10 for any classic burger and chips. This is actually great value, the burgers are good quality in comparison to other more expensive burger restaurants in London. The service was great as this GBK, my only issue would be that the seating is... More

No Atmosphere whatsoever. Overpriced. Cool chips and staff do not understand "No mayonnaise". Due to the open plan kitchen I saw the "chef" wiping my burger with blue kitchen towel after he had contaminated it. When I told my server I was told that it did not happen ! Average food at too high a price point. The Wellington Burger... More
