This is the place you don't want eat staff is always unfriendly moody rather rude doesn't bother to say thank you or even smile! Always make me feel unpleasant went twice had surprisingly exact same experience I'm 100% certain never going back there again!

I was working away and saw the familiar sign so popped in on my own. Staff were friendly and the burgers are consistently great across the whole chain. Reliable place.

Person behind the counter looked like she didn't want to be there. We got an acknowledgement that we'd arrived and that we could seat ourselves. We did, waited a few minutes and then got up to get menus (no big deal) but this seem to annoy this woman. Ordered food using the student discount, which was met with more eye... More

I walk pass this place every day on my way to work and it's quite packed every time I peek inside. My mouth started watering every time, so I decided I had to go eat here with some friends. The burger was juicy and delicious and their onion rings were divine as well, nicely flavoured. Their garlic mayo dip is... More

Throughout my master’s year, I used to stay in Russell Square, right next to the Brunswick Center. One day, while shopping for some groceries, I noticed this small burger place. Given I am a HUGE FAN of burgers; I thought I would just go try it out. I ordered the Habanero Burger and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Truly... More

GBK does a good job of making an actual meal from simple burgers and fries. The menu offers a good choice of sandwiches, pandering both to those who want something straightforward, as well as those looking to be a little more adventurous — the latter will be pleased to see a real variety of ingredients, including some more obscure vegetables,... It's difficult to walk past this 'Burger Paradise' without stopping to enjoy one of their delights, before heading into Waitrose Super Market to do some casual shopping. The burgers, fries and service is always amazing and something to remember. Close to Russell Square tube station - accessible to all who wander these parts.

If you stay in one of the hotels in the Russel Square area this is a good choice. That is if you like burgers and want something better than the "usual big burger chains". The system is that you get the menu from the waiter and when you are done making up your mind you go to the counter, order... More

Burnt meat, burnt bread. They like serving burnt food. The burger meat consists of hard bone bits that is part of a Tumour that has been miced and mixed. Its all part of the Gourmet burger experience.

Good place if you like burgers, however make sure you tell them how you want it cooked, mine was so rare that the blood intermixed with the sauces and I had a mushy mess, My husband had the fish one & found that really good, as were their really weird fries. Give them there due they did offer me another... More
