Badly managed, what a let down

We were really looking forward to an evening of karaoke & dancing here for a hen do, but were sadly let down by badly managed staff. The karaoke machine in our pre-booked (min £500 spend) room wasn't working, but instead of calling ahead in the afternoon to let us know, they told us on arrival... read more

So Mahiki was booked as part of my sister's hen do. First rule no hen do attire, ok we can cope with that. We arrived at 8pm and we're taken to our karaoke room, which was quirky done out like a bedroom and you sing in the bathroom area in the shower. Looked fab but was uncomfortable as the heating appeared... More

Came here on a Saturday night for a friends birthday. She had been promised a table and drinks by a promoter, which was great. Drinks at the bar were no less than £10 so anyone on a budget should definitely avoid. We sat at the table and were having a great time, but then some of the staff came over,... More

If I could say one thing about this club it would be to avoid it and it's door staff who appear to think they are superior to everyone because they have a clip board in their hands and a few bouncers with them. We booked a table weeks ago which was a nightmare in itself as we did not receive... More

We have been Mahiki several times, lucky enough to book through a promoter which means free entry and treasure chests. They have a good choice of music on the weekend, however the crowd varies from middle age women to young Chelsea crowd and famous stars (I think it's a bit hit and miss!) Although the cocktails are amazing, the service... More

So where do I start?! After corresponding with the staff at Mahiki for weeks regarding a table booking for a hen party yesterday evening we arrive only to be refused entry and be told that our table had been sold on to another party as we were 15 mins late. The staff were rude and obnoxious and clearly do not... More

If you want a good night out I recommend Mahiki! The cocktails are amazing especially the Champagne Treasure Chest Cocktail! When I went there , There was burlesque dancers which were amazing ! Great atmosphere and even though this is a high end place I did not feel it to be really pretentious like most places in this area are.

This place is really upmarket and classy. It is expensive but worth worth the experience if this is what you are looking for.

I've been to Mahiki a few times with my partner: Pro's: - Good "choice" of music. Cheesy pop in the upstairs bar, rnb and hip hop in the club downstairs. - Fun Hawaiian theme - Good selection of delicious cocktails Cons: - Generally expensive (£20 entry, average £12-£15 per cocktail) - You can't reserve seats for couples without a minimum... Neighborhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
