Description: Perfect for pre-show meals, Rodizio Rico restaurant at Londons O2 Arena...
Perfect for pre-show meals, Rodizio Rico restaurant at Londons O2 Arena in Greenwich is a bright and buzzy Brazilian churrascaria restaurant famous for its Brazilian steakhouse menu. With modern wood-panelled walls, tiled floors and a humming brasserie-style ambience, Rodizio Rico is a hit with meat-loving locals for non-vegetarian corporate entertaining and cocktails, large parties and family nights out. The menu of Brazilian cuisine offers an all-you-can-eat selection of steaks and seafood alongside a buffet-style salad bar. Favourite dishes include the garlic sausages, rump steak, spare ribs and the grilled chicken and pork served at the table on giant sticky skewers. The wine list veers toward big, butch flavours from Chile and Argentina, with some intriguing labels from South Africa, Italy, France, Spain and Portugal. At Rodizio Rico, no craving is too large. Not for the faint-hearted, Rodizio Rico requires a hearty appetite and a drumstick-loving disposition.

Great concept, tough meat

a great concept in that the meat is brought on skeWers and good selection in buffet. But the meat was often rare or tough. No chicken offered. My friend is a vegetarian so only gota meagre alternative.

Went to this restaurant just before going to see a show at the O2 and the food was good as always. I have had better meals at this restaurant, but all fine. The staff are nice and helpful. The food was lovely and the restaurant had a great atmosphere.

Third visit here, its £25 per head all you can eat at The O2, now thats value as far as i am concerned, cocktails are £7 to £8 which is not off the mark for London. Salad bar was plentiful, but your their for the meat so don't over fill on the sides! Generally the meat was good and the... More

Wow, what a restaurant! If you are a meat lover then this is the place to go. It just keeps coming for as long as you like. The buffet is also very well stocked and great food.

-Do not come here if you've been to a Brazilian BBQ b4 as this one is TERRIBLE! -the positive reviews are from people who have no idea what this should be. -understaffed/overpriced. -the buffet for over 100 covers was so small I'd have more for a party at home. -cheapest toughest cuts of meat offered very infrequently. -overcharged us for... You expect a Brazilian restaurant to serve the best, tenderest, and tasty meats, this is where it stops all the meats were tough beef lamb and the chicken was done to death I can only assume that they use cheap meat that has not been hung

Good idea for meat eaters but bit expensive 25£ per person all you can eat... Meat was served all the time by very friendly staff lots of variety but was over seasoned quite salty and bit dry some of the meats hard to chew especially beef... salad buffet was very good and fresh .

This was only the second time I had experienced the Brazilian Rodizio style of restaurant, the first being in a Mexican AI hotel, where it was delicious. Our group of six all enjoyed the evening( well ,the wine was flowing) and the general impression was positive, there was certainly no shortage of meat on offer. The only downside is for people that like... More

At £25 a head, it might sound a little expensive - especially if it is a quick meal before a show at the O2. However, the quality and variety of the meat being served was excellent and we rarely went more than 2-3 minutes without being offered more meat. A couple of the 15-20 different meats / styles were mediocre,... More

Staying in Greenwich

Neighborhood Profile
Greenwich
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
