Very nice atmosphere and service but food left me cold. A pork pie I UK is a pork pie filled with pork. I received a potato and meat thing! Which was over cooked and horrible. The place is expensive.

The portions are getting smaller (half a dozen chips in a ramekin) the quality is getting worse ( the half stale bun) and the prices have jumped up. I used to be a big champion of Wetherspoons and am so disappointed with where they're going. The only plus is the staff, a friendly and efficient service.

Welcoming familiarity on way home. We went to terminal one departures to grab some dinner before our journey home.yThe food was quick, tasty and perfectly cooked. Fairly good value for an airport and we enjoyed the good selection of beer. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Don't be put off by the fact it's a exaggerations!

We dropped in here for lunch; it is a typical Wetherspoon's. Usual mix of clientele..... We had Beer and Burger meals which were fine, but usually served on wooden platter style plates. OTT

If you're looking for some of the best bacon and pancakes you've definitely found the right place. Good food at affordable prices, what more can I say?

Arriving from an trans-Atlantic flight, I sought out a place to have a bite while waiting for the morning rush to subside. The Skylark (JD Wetherspoons, Heathrow) seemed to fit my needs. I ordered the pancakes and coffee at the counter, and had a wide choice of seating as only two other tables were occupied. The breakfast arrived within minutes,... More

The pancakes were fab and the bacon was just right. The orange juice is freshly squeezed and the coffee is hot and strong! The staff were really friendly too

always enjoy a trip here, gardens a little small, but the inside is huge, and you can never complain about prices!

The hardy Skylark is a quality establishment which has served us Croydonites well. My local for many a year, and I hardly ever drink (honest guv!). Professionally run with friendly staff, cheap as chips and spread out over two floors with a tiny garden, it is everything a pub should be in the year 2011. OK, a couple of the... More
