Dinner in the private dining room at the Landau last night highlighted what excellent food the Roux kitchen continues to produce. Each course was well balanced and elegantly presented. The service was impeccable and the staff professional. The wine and food match were truly excellent confirming the skill of the Roux team in choosing wines which complemented each dish so... More

Get yourself down to sample the wonderful Menu du Jour. Details seem to change, but we had a fabulous offering of amuse bouche, choice of four/five ALL VERY GOOD starters and same in terms of diversity and quality of main courses. Puds and cheeses all excellent, too. No scrimping on the choice. Good half bottle of wine each, large bottle... More

Not great ambience, the food was nice without being brilliant. I thought for the price there are certainly better options. Service was pretty good as you would expect but this place just didn't do it for me.

My wife and I visited this restaurant for our wedding anniversary a week ago. Had planned to go here a couple of times before Christmas but could not due to illness. Had asked for a window seat, not knowing there was not much of a view, but were seated at a curved seat sitting side by side facing the window.... More

The restaurant looks great, but the staff are very snobby. We waited for 15 minutes before we got a menu, then we had to ask! We were not offered any bread or water to begin with and again had to ask for the wine list. The food was not good and certainly not what we expected. My beef was over... More

We had their early evening £35 deal for three courses, coffee with petit fours and a glass of champagne. We were treated royally throughout the evening, impeccable, pleasant and polite service. We've experienced less than good service in other places where we've gone for the special deal, as if our custom wasn't valued. This was not the case here, quite... More

We booked a table for 7:00pm to coincide with a visit to the theatre. We arrived at least 45 minutes early and this was no problem, they accommodated us without fuss. The food as was expected was very nice indeed and the level of service was superb with everyone concerned that we were having an enjoyable visit without being to... More

Booked a table for my other halfs 40th birthday and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. We opted for the a la carte menu. The food was absolutely delicious, so rich and full of flavour....but then I guess that's what you would expect - definitely didn't disappoint. The staff were friendly and just the right amount of attentive.... More

We were in London for the weekend and booked our table for 10pm thinking it was close to the theatre but realised early on that we would be late. We telephoned to explain that we would be around 20 minutes late and was told that it wouldnt be a problem. Unfortuantely we got there at 10.30 and was met with... More
