Daddy Cool out the front,Mr Serious Grumpy inside

They were channelling people out as quick as they were bringing them in.Turnover was their aim! Long wait for Pizzas which met our expectation.Table waiter's mannerism was pompous and when asked pizza size,he indicated small and came out double the size,so you couldn't consider sharing.

passing by with my son the portuguese manager outside was pushing to get us inside his "wonderful" restaurant ....we just stop outside to have a look at the menu (nothing special),and after 2 minutes of insistence we decide to try. once inside we realize our mistake ....waiters rushing to get people out as soon as they could ,the manager was... Some staff came off quite rude and weren't very helpful to us. The food was served quick but the pizzas were very poor. As for prices, it was all pretty reasonable which was good

The service was rude at best and extremely forceful, felt as though I had been given a time limit in which I had to order my food in. They messed up our tables order and therefore the replacement pizza that came to the table was only half cooked, so not the best. The beer was the best part of the... More

Met a friend off the train at Paddington, as she had broken her leg we were looks for somewhere close by to have a good catch up and lunch. Popped into Bizzarro, the service was great, very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, nothing fancy or pretentious, good ol Italian. Wine was enjoyable only 1 choice of Sav Blanc,... Honestly the worst pizza I've ever eaten! undercooked with minimal toppings. Asked to share two pizzas between three and the waiter refused and said we must order one each as they are individual and uncut?. Service was sloppy with many mistakes made and rudeness. May be cheap but you can get a better meal in McDonalds. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Busy restaurant be prepared to queue on a Saturday evening even if you have booked! Good atmosphere and attentive staff. Plenty of choice on menu. Pizzas were well cooked and also enjoyed the seafood pasta. Good value and would visit again.

We were recommended to this Paddington Italian by our Landlord who dines there regularly. We went for dinner our 2nd night in town and had a great meal. We all started with a pasta course(Pasta's also available in full size portion) and all were top quality, especially the pesto & the carbonara. Main courses followed and we enjoyed several veal... We always go for dinner here when we visit London. Best Italian we've ever been to. The staff are fantastic, friendly, attentive, make you feel very welcome. The food is amazing, genuine Italian food, cooked how it should be! The restaurant is beautiful, well laid out, plenty of space between tables.
