I ate the Branzino dish on Wednesday and since Thursday morning have been really ill with diarrhoea. This was the only thing that I ate in this period that could have caused this! The food was very average too. Very disappointed!

We have eaten here a few times and the food and service has always been very good. However on our last visit for lunch both were lacking, which is such a shame. Two of the meals were seabass and they were very dry and over cooked. The other two meals were fine. Service was very slow - only 2 servers... More

3 yummy courses. Tricolore (mozzarella, tomatoes & avocado) rolled by BIGOLI ALLA BOLOGNESE (Bigoli pasta with slow cooked minced beef in a red wine, onion, tomato and herb ragu.) and to finish SEMIFREDDO AL CIOCCOLATO BIANCO (Soft and creamy semi freddo infused with vanilla seeds and studied with white Belgian chocolate chunks and pistachio pieces.) Service good without been overbearing.... More

The CAVATAPPI POLLO CREMA is the highlight of theie menu! Corkscrew pasta, chicken and sliced mushrooms in a creamy tarragon sauce. Finished with fresh parsley and salsa verde.

My friend and I came here as our usual place was closed and both enjoyed it. Our waitress was immediately friendly and smiley, seating us and getting our drinks promptly, and other staff were helpful, too. I like Strada's way of grating fresh Parmesan on pasta, rather than spooning it out of a dish of which the contents could have... More

Strada (Brunswich Centre) is one of my local restaurants. Me & my boyfriend have been there many times and we've always had a good time. The team members are really friendly & attentive and they normally recognize us, which is nice! Both pizza & pasta dishes are really good, although I'd recommend the chicken with mushroom sauce and potatoes. The... More

The Brunswick Centre and the streets nearby have abundant restaurants. We were looking for a restaurant with modern Italian atmosphere (not cubicles and dimmed lights!). Strada suited us perfectly as it was buzzing with a good mix of people from all ages. Not recommended for a romantic tete a tete - there are plenty of other places for this. The... More

Came here with colleagues for lunch. Food is good quality and well presented and tastes good too. Its a bit on the pricey side. However it is a semi classy restaurant and is on par with other similar restaurants in terms of price. The options are limited for anyone not looking to meat or mussels.

We were staying at the Holiday Inn and wanted better breakfasts. The food here was great and the service fast. They are in an open shopping mall and a modern unit. Even so there was a good feel to the place.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
