lovely food, great menu and presentation.

Went with son to Wagamama's as his favourite place to eat. Lovely food, great choice on menu. Lots of noodles, rice, curry and unusual dishes (i usually eat traditional food so this was a new experience for me) but would recommend you try it. Not so keen on hard benches and sitting next to... read more

I recently dined pre-theatre at the Wagamama in Leicester Square. While they have added several new items to their menu, the food is exceedingly mediocre. You sit on long white benches and if it is crowded, beware of other diners shoving you here and there. The nice surprise was the service which was actually excellent. And they do offer a... More

Maybe it was the fact they still have building works going on inside the restaurant, but tonight's experience was really pretty poor. I've eaten here lots over the years but the chicken gyoza were luke warm at best and clearly not fresh, the beef donburi was just about OK and the chicken ramen soup was incredibly underwhelming. Hope they get... More

Had a takeaway dinner from here. Not only was it great value for money but tasted great. I had one of the curries and some duck gyoza. It came packaged well and looked good even when I came to eating it! Great!

Along with my brother and sister, we went to Wagamama in Leicester Square for a pre-theatre dinner. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the service was top-notch and the food arrived promtly and well presented. The food was, in a word, AMAZING. Delicious and a great variety It was my first experience of Wagamama (although my brother had been... More

I went to Wagamama last night with friends. As a Saturday night in London it would be a wait to get a seat in most places, but at least you'd expect the wait to be worth it - we queued for 30mins to get a table for 5. I wont lie, the food was nice, I had a chicken ramen,... More

This is our favourite restaurant and been there from last 10 years. We love the food as it is served hot and the service is also very fast. Chilli chicken ramen and chicken katsu curry is my favourite.

Any Wagamama in London is good in general. You choose your meal from quite a wide offer and see it to be prepared from fresh ingredients. The menu contains Japanese udons, noodles, Malaysian and Thai curries, and many others. Meals are always very good and tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful. I also liked the music they played :). I... More

The dishes are cooked to order all sound very tempting. We were 4 persons, sharing different dishes, not one dish stood out. All of an acceptable standard, but felt they were lacking seasoning/flavouring to bring to another level. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighborhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.
