We ended up here on a recommendation and managed to spend a lot on wine. The food was tasty but limited on meat unfortunately. I recently heard it may have closed down

.Booked late on a Thursday with good availability at last minute, and I understand why. Greeted warmly by a young and friendly wait staff in this casual, relaxed mediteranean style restaurant, it all looked good. Starters of grilled calamari and a burrata with a tomato sauce were very promptly served. The generous portion of calamari was however damp and tough,... More

Homely atmosphere, comfortable and airy. The winemaker told us about his delicious wines, and the food was great too(especially the risotto with prawns) The only negative remark might be that the shoulder of pork was a bit tough. Would definitely go back.

Place is nice and sitting comfy, but service was so-so, an food by far worse than it was in the past. The calamari starter was very nice, the side rocket salat was not good, salad was oldish, and great surprise came when I found a big black body hair in my risotto. They excused and brought a new one, no... More

I brought a group of 11 friends here on Saturday 26 April and we all had a superb time. We couldn't really fault anything - and we are a bunch of grumpy complaining foodies and wine snobs. Staff were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The restaurant was busy and everyone else seemed to be having a great time too, so the... More

I tend to use TripAdvisor to highlight good places to eat, but this restaurant was so disturbingly poor I feel the need to highlight it to others. Frankly, the food was terrible: I had the 'special' ravioli starter (as I was unaware 'special' meant 'without any flavour'); only to discover that the risotto surpassed it in the 'special' stakes. The... More

I've never felt the need to write a review before - let alone a negative one, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I live a five minute walk away from this restaurant and so one sunny Sunday afternoon decided to go there for lunch. Upon arrival, the waiter pointed us to a table for... More

I came here a few months ago to celebrate a birthday. We were a large group of about 10 people, and we had a set menu. Everything from the service to the food to the atmosphere was absolutely splendid, and I strongly recommend the veal ragu! Service was a little slow but the restaurant was fully packed, and we had... simply awful, main course the worse food I have tasted, ever. For a restaurant/space that has survived since The Water Rat this was the worst food I have tasted, even as a 'pub experience' .... I have been to many restaurants /bars in Chelsea after living in this are since then and can only say that this place falls within... More

I was invited to this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday for lunch on February 16th. The service was great, the food delicious and the ambiance and the company fabulous.
