a little bit of everything

the best thing about this restaurant is the fact that you can order as little or as much as you want. Everything is freshly made and tasty, and served on tiered servers that don't take up much room on the table.

My wife and I had dinner by candlelight sharing a menu for two. The food was too plentiful to eat all with many different plates offering a superb selection of Greek delicacies and above all it was all delicious!

5 of us had a superb meal here recently. Great food and staff and very good value for money. We ordered a large selection of items and emptied all the plates leaving the restaurant happy and full. Would strongly recommend this place.

After staying close by for a week, we ventured in for dinner tonight. We were greeted with warmth before we even stepped through the door. Everyone loved the food and enjoyed the friendly and efficient, personalised service. The children hadn't eaten Greek before, and this was the perfect introduction with small serves of many different dishes. Even our fussy eater... More

It's still good but a shame that it's not as good as it previously was. The food is just a little blander and the service was surly at best - our waiter seemed unable to engineer any warmth whatsoever and ended up just being a little rude. Hopefully this is just a blip...

The Real Greek is a small chain offering Greek-style cuisine in London, UK. I have been to their Paddington Street outlet a few times over the last months and I really like their new lunchtime set menu. It is reasonably priced with a good choice of mezze. The staff are quite friendly and the service is reasonably fast.

Not my favourite at all. Went there once, food hasn't got much taste. It is like going to Bella Italia expecting tasty Italian food... There are loads of better Greek restaurants in London!

A friend and I ate at the real Greek on Sunday evening and were very impressed! There was excellent choice and I could have eaten almost everything on the menu very happily!! We ordered 3 dishes each and some flatbreads and hummus to start and shared the lot- the food tasted amazing and left just enough space for dessert! The... More

We booked for a large group of 10. The team serving us were great, Tenia and Giorgos looked after us all night. Very personal and the food was just delicious and OMG there was plenty of it. The atmosphere was fun with lots of talking and drinking. Very enjoyable night after a very hectic day at work.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
