Little to write home about. - Not your grandmother's Italian restaurant.

Pizza is fair enough and the pizza sizes are perfect for sharing. The chicken salad was not so great and the calamari nothing special. This restaurant needs a little tlc as otherwise, it seems too appropriate for shopping malls and airports, where few of the customers are likely to return.

Having chosen this restaurant to eat in after a theatre trip, specifically as my daughter is wheat intolerant and on their website they offer a good variety of gluten free options, I can only say we were extremely disappointed by the organisation and service offered by the staff. Granted we were part of a large party of 20, but we... More

Popped in with a mate for lunch. We both had pizzas - they were fine without being anything special. Beers and a bottle of wine. Service was great, Friendly, efficient, timely. Lively atmosphere - very full. Good value. Would do there again.

Had nothing but problems with this booking from start to finish... Our party was not from London and we were there for the weekend so had booked a table for 18 people for a hen party on the Friday night. We rang restaurant the day before to re-confirm and double check the details and to cut a very long story... More

I went here with a friend last week (late January) and the experience was mixed. The food was good and to a degree, the service was ok considering how busy the place got. We asked for the bill as we had a train to catch and there was an extra bottle of wine on it. It wasn't a problem as... More

I had 20 mintues fo a quick bite before work, time enough to see how bad this place is managed, staff around talking like in their house and playing with their phone, then the "manager" that day (short italian looking guy with bear) couldnt be less profesional and careles, talking really rude to a couple of ladies next to me... 3 of us ate here at about 5.30pm so was quiet, excellent service, 1 lady server doing everything beautifully and well organised. The rush started about 7-7.30. We started with a sharing platter, lots of tasty foods which were great, 2 of us had pizza, both lovely, and 1 of us had pollo prosciutto, chicken with potatoes and green beans... More

We booked online 15minutes prior to going as we live very near to this Zizzi. When we got there the exact response was 'unless you book 2 hours before we ignore it but we have space'. Nice welcome! Never heard of a restaurant who insist on bookings who then ignore bookings. Next an online offer of £10 off wasn't valid... More

I went to Zizzi with my friends and I have to admit that I have never been before. I love pizza but I didn't really enjoy this one. My pizza was burnt on one side and a bit tasteless. Our waitress was lovely but after she left home there was nobody really looking after us. I really liked the decoration... More
