At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Right in the heart of London’s dazzling West End, our Victoria restaurant is a favourite among the 9 to 5ers and theatre goers alike. With the likes of Billy Elliot, Wicked and Victoria Station less than a 5 minute walk away, we’re in good company. Inside the restaurant, you’ll find nods to one of London’s busiest train stations: Victoria. Whether you’re arriving in London or just in between trains, stop by and take a load off. After all, travel can be terribly stressful.Dine al fresco with an outdoor dining area for sunny weather.

Great food, terrible service

I had one of the best mushroom risottos I have ever had, and I have sampled many, it was full of different types of mushrooms and a wonderful fresh rosemary flavor. My husband had the lasagna and it was served crispy in a cast iron skillet, and again you could taste the fresh herbs. But we had... read more

Visited London with our public broadcasting station's group to tour #HighclereCastle-stayed at the historic Rubens at the Palace. Found ourselves wandering (and hungry) late one evening. Fortunately we stumbled upon this delightful and delicious restaurant, Zizzi, with wood-fired oven-baked pizza. The wine, the service, the atmosphere, the food...all perfection! So much so that we've planned a return trip to London... More

Sometimes with chain restaurants you feel like just another cog in the big machine, but popped in for a quick lunch last week - explained we only had an hour, our server was very attentive and helpful and the food was delicious and fresh. We didnt have a voucher, but found the whole thing very reasonable too. It was early... More

I have to be honest, we went to Zizzi as a second option (The Phoenix pub was packed), but still very disappointing. The food was okay, but the service was just non existent. Our waiter clearly didn't care, barely greeted us. It was left other staff members to bring our drinks and food. He did no check back at any... More

We had a nice evening meal in this restaurant. The food was very good, but the service was average. It felt like the employees were stressed out and had a hard time keeping up. All In all it was still a good experience though

Great food and very quick service, gets very busy during the lunchtime period so either book or get there early.

Excellent restaurant, even by Zizzi's usual high standards. Hugely busy (fortunately we had booked - advise you to do the same). Friendly greeting, attractive décor, excellent friendly service. Food was served quickly, was really good, fresh and hot (excellent pizza slightly disappointing chicken risotto - small portion, not much chicken) Excellent for a pre-theatre meal.

Came here to celebrate my nephew's 10th birthday before he went to the theatre. Both he and his brother were entertained by the children's activity and also liked their children's menu. Restaurant was very busy but the waitress was efficient (though we had to ask for extra menus when other party members arrived, and it also took three requests before... More

Really nice place. Brought my niece for a treat after seeing a film. Unfamiliar with London so wanted a brand I knew. Food was as usual, very good, but it was very busy so I would highly recommend booking first as we almost could not get seated. Friendly staff, very quick. Would recommend. Visited back in May but only recently... More

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
