Description: At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Right in the heart of London’s dazzling West End, our Victoria restaurant is a favourite among the 9 to 5ers and theatre goers alike. With the likes of Billy Elliot, Wicked and Victoria Station less than a 5 minute walk away, we’re in good company. Inside the restaurant, you’ll find nods to one of London’s busiest train stations: Victoria. Whether you’re arriving in London or just in between trains, stop by and take a load off. After all, travel can be terribly stressful.Dine al fresco with an outdoor dining area for sunny weather.

We booked online 15minutes prior to going as we live very near to this Zizzi. When we got there the exact response was 'unless you book 2 hours before we ignore it but we have space'. Nice welcome! Never heard of a restaurant who insist on bookings who then ignore bookings. Next an online offer of £10 off wasn't valid... More

I went to Zizzi with my friends and I have to admit that I have never been before. I love pizza but I didn't really enjoy this one. My pizza was burnt on one side and a bit tasteless. Our waitress was lovely but after she left home there was nobody really looking after us. I really liked the decoration... More

Yes, the pasta did past muster - as did the rest of the dishes when six of us had a late evening supper. Place is convenient for Victoria Station - indeed there aren't many other eateries in the immediate vicinity. A fairly typical Zizzi experience with nothing to complain about. Quick and convenient must be the verdict.

I have been to this branch of Zizzi a few times over the years and never had a bad meal until last Sunday. The place was closing soon which my explain the bad quality of the past dishes provided. I was accompanied by friends: 2 of us had spaghetti bolognese and rest pizza. The pizzas were very good but the... More

Quite a good location near Victoria. Food is generally good as with most Zizzi branches, but service can be a bit hit or miss. On this occasion the restaurant was not full but we had to wait. I'm guessing this was because staff were not on duty. If that is the case, can you not just say that. I'm sure... More

My friend and I visited this restaurant around 5pm on Friday and although the waiters were friendly, after we ordered we had to endure the chef publicly shouting at the waiters, who were discussing tables at the till point, because they were ignoring his calls for 'service' when the food was ready. I can only presume that the manager was... More

Our visit was not the most pleasant experience. On arrival we weren't welcomed and told to choose a table for two. Our waitress showed us no real attention and wasn't concerned so we ordered, ate our unimpressive one course and left. No one thanked us for coming or cared that we were leaving. Bye bye.
