At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Right in the heart of London’s dazzling West End, our Victoria restaurant is a favourite among the 9 to 5ers and theatre goers alike. With the likes of Billy Elliot, Wicked and Victoria Station less than a 5 minute walk away, we’re in good company. Inside the restaurant, you’ll find nods to one of London’s busiest train stations: Victoria. Whether you’re arriving in London or just in between trains, stop by and take a load off. After all, travel can be terribly stressful.Dine al fresco with an outdoor dining area for sunny weather.

Typical high street brand

Service swift and pleasant. Food ok but nothing spectacular. Pricey for what you get. Good location if visiting shows such as Wicked and Billy Elliott.

We travelled to London with a group of friends last weekend. One of our friends is gluten free, so we checked all the restaurants that offered a gluten free option and we decided to go to zizzi. As soon as we got there we asked for a gluten free menu and they gave us a folder with menus for all... More

I wasn't planning to eat at Zizzi, but as we couldn't get a table at 'All Bar One', this was our second choice. The restaurant was busy, but we got a table. I had a starter of Arancini. It wasn't as memorable as those I've eaten at other Italian restaurants (one of the best ones was at a restaurant in... More

We were having a late lunch on a Monday. We were welcomed at the door, shown to our seat and given our menus and dish of the day information. We opted to nibble on some delicious olives while we waited for our main course. My friend had a very tasty baked chicken and penne dish whereas I has the tastiest... More

Took ages to even get service, eventually ordered and then food was delivered after another long wait and wasn't worth the wait! It was also delivered in shifts with our main meals taking over 5 minutes from the first one arriving at the table to the last .... And really annoyingly the kids meals came last (c'mon people... Turned up at the restaurant at 8.30 with a party of 8 The restaurant is roughly split in two and the gentleman that welcomed us explained that he was closing half the section that had a long table that accommodate us He said that it would take at least 20 minutes to seat us in the other part of the... Pizza is fair enough and the pizza sizes are perfect for sharing. The chicken salad was not so great and the calamari nothing special. This restaurant needs a little tlc as otherwise, it seems too appropriate for shopping malls and airports, where few of the customers are likely to return.

Having chosen this restaurant to eat in after a theatre trip, specifically as my daughter is wheat intolerant and on their website they offer a good variety of gluten free options, I can only say we were extremely disappointed by the organisation and service offered by the staff. Granted we were part of a large party of 20, but we... More

Popped in with a mate for lunch. We both had pizzas - they were fine without being anything special. Beers and a bottle of wine. Service was great, Friendly, efficient, timely. Lively atmosphere - very full. Good value. Would do there again.

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
