This appears to be a chain restaurant in London, but the food is great, portions are even better and the service was quick. Great choice if you are in the area!
Tried the pizza of the house, strange interpretation of an Italian recipe with some non-tasting white cheese on top. Staff messed up the drinks and only afterwards I discovered I payed to much.
Slightly reminded me of a chain owned restaurant but still enjoyed the food! Sharing starter was gorgeous... chicken & prawn skewers, fresh mozzarella with tomatoes, risotto balls! Pasta main was nice. Dessert of chocolate and banana calzone was much better and the cappuccino delicious Nice little find close to our hotel and can't complain about the Italian service either.
My friends and I decided to eat here on our last night in London. We wanted to try somewhere we hadn't eaten before and the aroma of this place totally pulled us in as we tried to walk past. The waitress who served us was wonderful. She was very polite and helpful and also had a great sense of humor.... More
This was my first visit to a Zizzi and I was pleasantly surprised. We did not book, but were seated straight away on a busy Monday evening. Service was prompt, staff attentive, but not intrusive. We opted for antipasti Zizzi to share followed by ravioli de Capra for me and rigatoni carbonara pancetta e funghi for my husband washed down... More
My wife and I ate here after staying in London recently. Not sure what to expect we were pleasantly surprised by the service and food. The pasta dishes for our mains were delicious and the starter we shared was a good start to the meal. Would definitely return if we were back in the area.
You would have thought having 3 managers working would lead to quick and efficient service.... It took almost 10 minutes to get a glass of water from the bar. It took 15 minutes to get a well below average Margherita. This place is a chain so not surprising but there is NOTHING Italian about it apart from the olive oil.... More
Visited this Restaurant on NYE before going out in london. Seated straight away a order was taken at 16.20pm, a starter came after 15 minutes which we was pleased with as we was going out however we got a main at 18.24pm. If it was packed out i could understand but it was not the service was very poor. Also... More
When hungry for Italian, especially pizza, then Zizzi is good choice. Inviting ambiance, easy on the budget, and surprisingly delicious food served with a smile. When pressed for time or in need of easy stop after long day or night, Zizzi is a great place for food & drink. Enjoy!
I've often experienced poor service as a solo traveler, but not here. The service was very attentive. Had the garlic bread and it was fantastic!
