Service is Terrible

Attended the restaurant on a Sat night- we live down the road and have been meaning to try the place for a while. Our usual favourite is Thai Pin in St Margarets which has beautiful authentic thai cusine at an affordable price. We did not have the pleasure to eat or drink at this establishment... read more

I visited on a Friday night having not booked a table. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience having never been before. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and we were very happy with the bill which was very reasonable and good value for money. Extensive vegetarian menu which is sadly lacking in so many other establishments. Would thoroughly recommend a visit and... More

our first time here but we enjoyed it more than our usual Thai in Kingston. Quite a full restaurant on a Saturday night about 8.30. No problems with the service. You just had to raise a hand. The thai fish cakes to start are slightly rubbery but better than the other. I had red chicken curry and it was more... More

This is my 1st TripAdvisor review, had the write the review as I'd selected Thai Elephant based on it's rating. Had gone for my Wife's Birthday on Valentines Day. I don't know if it was the Valentines day rush or the usual service, but the service was terrible. We'd gone at 8:30 by this time the rush hour was nearing... More

Look. Its standard Thai food. The sort that you get everywhere now. Nothing wrong with that. Here, the ambiance and decor are pleasing and relaxing, if a little dated, but thats being picky. The place could do with a revamp as it has been the same for many years, but thats ok too. we enjoyed ourselves.

We have eaten here often and the food has been of consistent high quality. Very genuine Thai dishes made with fresh oriental ingredients

I'd been going here for years and then stopped and have been back twice recently as I had vegetarians in both groups. They do a good range of veggie options - varied and tasty - especially Pad Thai and Aubergine. Rest of the food tasty too - a good range of options - all very fresh and nicely presented. Unfortunately... More

First of all, its a really nice place both outside and in. We sat in the conservatory area inside which was pleasant, although a majority of seats are in the larger open area. We were pleased with the prices of the wine, as a lot of restaurants seem fond of quadrupling the price, that didn't seem the case here. We... More

Came here on a Wednesday night, nice restaurant, not to busy. Starters arrived promptly, and where decent. Staff are friendly also. Wasn't too impressed with the veg tampora. Mains tasted nice, I can't really complain. Really nice pad thai noodles. If I'm around this area again may pop in. Give it a try.

There are many dishes you can select in the menu, i would like to recommend Tom Yum soup and Chiangmai Salad as the starter( quite hot ). The main courses are also very tasty and beautiful decoration on the plates. I will give 4-5 stars to this restuarant.
