Fantastic choice - great change from chain sandwich bars

I have eaten here a couple of times recently and the food is great. It is really nice to come into a sandwich bar and have so much choice - much of it home made. They do great hot meals too, so you really can find something you fancy - whether you are ravenous or just peckish. The prices are... read more

Thank you for your kind review..it's great to be appreciated. We are currently looking at new epos technology to try and improve our ordering system. I suspect though that due to our ginormous menu, and the lunchtime demand from the local work force, which ever system we adopt it will always be a little chaotic at the busy times. More

Super stop for pre-London Marathon Offical Cheerers' bacon sarnies and hot chocolate. Thanks for getting up early, everyone!

After arriving in Wapping at 5.30am to set up our cheering post for #caudwellchildren for the London marathon and getting soaked through in the process my daughter and I needed to get warm, have a hot drink, good quality freshly cooked food and a friendly face. That's exactly what we got when we found this little gem. I personally recommend... More

On a course nearby and this place was recommended by the trainer. The food was very tasty, really quick and the place was buzzing. Chicken Milanese with salami in a hot fresh roll was wonderful. Full range of salads and hot and cold food all looked really good.

We had the Cajun chicken with rice, salsa and sour cream followed by warm rocky road and ice cream. The mega chook deluxe is also highly recommended. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and fab food, go check it out!

Can't really tell you how the cafe compares to other places in and around the area, but we had two excellent lite bites, a Cajun Chicken Panini and Avocado and Crayfish sandwich with a couple of coffee's . £14.95 I think. The selection on offer looked very tempting

Some good things are eternal - and Pumblechook's is a modern incarnation of the eternal London café run by enterprising Italian or Balkan families. Great food - sandwiches, salads, tea & coffee - and crisp friendly service in a large airy seating area as well as a very busy carry out trade. It's the essence of good living, providing great...
