ICONIC LANDMARK & GREAT BEER !

It's the first time I'd visited this pub and was pleasantly surprised. Good selection of ales a warm welcome was had. Although we didn't have lunch there, the Sunday lunch looked fabulous and the lady next to us remarked how good it was. We'll be back soon !

Traditional local pub in the dock-area. A good selection of craft-beer and a friendly, informing and welcoming barman. In the basement there is the oldest still working brewery in Liverpool, unfortenately not open to the public.

We were visiting the interesting new brewery that has just opened on Kitchen Street called BLACK LODGE BREWERY ( just go there ,the beer's and staff are just amazing ) and as we were a little early we decided to pop into THE BALTIC FLEET PUB to try out some of their great beer's. I love going this pub housed... More

The Baltic Fleet is one of the best pubs you will go to when visiting Liverpool as it has a lot of history attached to the pub and it brews it's own beers in the cellar's below the pub.Dating from the mid 1800s this is a very atmospheric pub apparently haunted by four ghosts there are two secret tunnels under... Fantastic atmosphere, very friendly. An old school dock road pub that has survived in tact. If there's a tall ship visiting the city you'll find the crew there. And they brew their own beer! What more could you ask for? Brilliant time!

Baltic Fleet is a good Liverpool boozer which is very rare in most cities these days. Try the Freedom Lager it's very moorish will definitely visit next time I am in Liverpool

Wooden flooring, beer brewed on site, some bar snacks/food. The staff are friendly as are the locals. Well worth a visit. As my hotel was adjacent (Hampton by Hamilton) it was on my doorstep. It even looks like a steam ship with funnels!

Just popped in for a bite to eat while staying at the nearby YHA... I previously lived in Liverpool for several years and the Baltic Fleet has always been a favourite. Food is great but not pretentious or fussy (and prices v reasonable), great selection of ales, and proper history & original structure. It's been tidied up a bit over... More

Called on Saturday lunchtime. The place was relatively quiet to begin with but bar staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the beers. Many good beers to choose from. The food is simple but good and piping hot. Recommend the lovely chips!

Stunning find just a short walk from Albert Dock. Standing alone amongst modern structures this pub is definitely worth a visit. Interior restored with bare brickwork and adorned with sea-faring nostalgia including Cunard pictures, ships instruments. Beer from the in-house brewery (Wapping brewery) & I can definitely vouch for the Autumnal Ale. Food available (looked good though we didn't try... More
