Great Evening Meal

Taken to Delifonseca by friends who go a lot. Arrived and welcomed, show to our table and given menu's and an ipad with specials on. Nice choice, I am a fussy eater in restaurants, and I like to have something I couldn't easily do at home. I often go through a menu three or four times before I... read more

The food was good but the service let it down. We were in no rush but we had to wait too long to order then had to chase the bill twice. Should be unnecessary given it's a small restaurant which wasn't that busy with 3 staff on. Then we were given the wrong bill. One of the staff seemed to... More

I took my son and his partner and my new granddaughter for Sunday lunch. It was excellent. All of the staff were very welcoming, professional and efficient. The menu was varied and it was easy for my daughter in law to find something to her taste as she is vegan. The food was really very good , so tasty. I... More

My friend and I were booked in to the adjacent Travelodge as were visiting Liverpool to attend an event. Had no idea about this place when we booked so it was a pleasant surprise to find when we awoke on the first morning! Breakfast was lovely, they make the most wonderful poached eggs and were happy to oblige dietary requirements... More

I have visited here several times over the past few years, but twice in December 2015. Firstly I ate from the specials board, secondly the Christmas menu. On both occasions there was a warm welcome, the staff are knowledgable about the food being served, and also very friendly. The food itself is really tasty and plentiful. Even when the restaurant... I had not expected this restaurant to be so good. The area isn't pretty, it's away from the centre of Liverpool and the website photo does not do it any favours, looking more like a Stateside store than the superb food hall that it is. Our food was very good, deli drinks were great, staff was really friendly and genuinely... More

This was our second visit to Delifonseca and it didn't disappoint. We'd just been to the theatre watching the 2015 Panto at the Everyman Theatre. Had to book, parking easy and menu very eclectic but well cooked. Good selection of wines and beers. Appetisers consist mainly of deli items eg dips, pate, cured exotic meats and cheeses including themed sharing... More
