Don't dilly dally, book this deli!

They take a real pride in the cooking here and it shows. Tip top ingredients combine with skill and imagination to make any meal a delight. Today's lunch began with a sharing platter of dips, olives etc - more than any of us could eat. This was followed by some outstanding Herdwick lamb, cooked to... read more

Arrived for breakfast about 09:00am, staff seemed quiet and miserable, not a great choice of breakfast, ended up having poached eggs on toast but the toast was hard to eat, my husband has a wheat intolerance and there was No gluten free products on the menu so he left as hungry as he arrived.

First time at Delifonseca Dockside and it turned out to be one of the best evenings out with friends and family ranging in age from 6 to 76 years old. Not far from Albert Dock, the restaurant does not have an imposing frontage and in fact when you enter there is a well presented shop on one side. Our table... More

We walked from the Pier Head along the riverside - its quite a hike and the Deli isn't easy to find if you are not approaching form the main road. It's not that big a place and it gets very busy so it is well worth booking in advance. The food was good but the service was slow. We waited... More

Treated the wife to a spot of breakfast prior to picking up her new car. Our first visit here and no doubt we'll be back Both had kippers and mine were served with perfect poached eggs. The wife's were a little on the hard side though. One slight complaint. It said they were served with toast. However the toast arrived... More

The staff are knowledgeable and offer good unobtrusive service. The food is excellent. Order from the board and don't bother with the standard menu. Also handy to do your food shop on the way out. Good butcher and deli.

They have such a great choice for non-meat eaters and carnivores alike. Attached to a fabulous deli and fully accessible for wheelchair users, I love going for Sunday lunch or brunch. Staff are really friendly and helpful and nobody ever seems to want to rush you through your meal.

We arrived here on a Sunday lunchtime without a booking. The place was heaving, but staff found us a table outside. The food was really good, they have some nice bottle beers from local breweries (and others), nice wine, a great menu, and the food is served quickly and with a smile. I had Lebanese salad, which was really good,... More
