Lunch with a view!

What a lovely relaxed lunch with friends with amazing views soaking up the 3 Queens atmosphere but not stuck in the crowd. Food was delicious and service excellent. A hidden gem you need to discover!

Whilst staying on the Dock for the 3 Queens we decided to catch up on our favourite museums & after enjoying the amazing Titanic exhibition we went up to the 4th floor for coffee. We were lucky enough to get 2 leather seats to relax into & ordered a cream scone & a vanilla slice. When they arrived they didn't... More

Very busy but the waitress managed to get us a table by the window with a fantastic view. Food was a little slow and the meals didn't arrive together. They also forgot that one of the meals was 'without mustard' but we didn't bother mentioning it as it was so busy. The food was delicious and staff were friendly. Overall,... More

A lunch to catch up with family led us on spec to the top floor of the Maritime Museum in Liverpool's Albert Dock. A great find - freshly cooked food served beautifully and with care. Good flavours and prompt knowledgeable service. We chose Caesar salad, mussels, soup/beef sandwich and all were very much enjoyed. Pleasant choice of wines and beers... More

I sometimes forget this is here. I've eaten there about 5 times. Service is exceptional. Food is good freshly cooked fare. Menu on a Sunday is a little limited but nice. Beautiful view of the river and the dock. The roasts looked lovely but we had the soup and sandwich. Thoroughly recommend the place.

Excellent attentive, friendly yet unobtrusive service from both of the waiters. We started our lunch today by sharing ( from off the Brunch menu), ..the 2 Perfectly poached eggs topped with hollandaisesauce sitting on a slices of black pudding (delicious) served on a split muffin. ...scrumptious. For our Main's , we both decided upon the traditional Scouse with shredded red... More

Service was not good. First provided one green tea instead of breakfast tea but this was okay - everyone can make mistakes. The mistake we had was of asking another waiter and he slammed this down and then asked for butter for the scone! He exclaimed Butter! as though this wasn't the norm and then proceeded to slam the dish... More

Loved it because it was so quiet and on the top floor it's tucked away from the usual throng and thrash. It caters for children and has plenty of buggy room. It is table served. The prices are excellent and you feel well-fed at a perfect price. It's also an excellent example of iron architecture and has its original iron... More

We just had coffee and a sandwich but the meals going to others looked delicious. The sandwiches were generously filled and very fresh.

I always try to support museum cafes and restaurants, as they are a free resource and make their money in the restaurants and shops. Saying that, this was lovely as a stand alone restaurant. We visited as a follow up to a wedding we attended there. The food for the wedding was excellent and the views amazing so we thought... More
