This is a favourite watering hole with a good atmosphere, however after a trip around the sales, it was a poor choice for food. The staff and service were very good, however the quality of our meals was poor for the price, as was portion size, in particular their top of the range burger which was sadly lacking and quite... If you expect a quiet dining experience then this is not the place. Bar and eating area live cheek by jowel, as it is a popular venue the atmosphere can be very loud and boisterous. Typical bar food, wholesome and filling without any frills. Service was friendly, quick and attentive considering how busy it was. Overall a satisfactory experience, I've... More

The food on a Monday Is half price resulting in the food being extremely cheap, along with that comes extremely cheap quality food, I ordered grilled chicken and peppers my chicken tasted exactly like the one you can find in packets in asda horrible, cold and defiantly not fresh, the peppers where also cold and looked as if they had... Myself and my partner went here for a afternoon meal and drinks and it was really nice. Typical bar menu with lots of choice staff were really nice and good service and the best bit was cocktails were 2 for 1 which was brilliant.

We came here for a family meal. They were very very busy and sorted us out a table for 6 within 5 mins. The food was amazing no complaints from any of us. Before leaving i decided to use the loos, they were disgusting, little flies hanging around the bottom of the toilet no toilet paper, a terrible stench i... More

The food, though distinctly pub food, was well presented and delicious, my friends steak was slightly under cooked but they promptly changed it and left her with some chips so she could pick at something while she waited. The cocktails were amazingly cheap with their 2-4-1 offer and so you can't really knock it.

Good music, good service even though place was packed out. Nice touch waitress walking round with jaegerbombers, ok for the young ones, but not over priced.

Visited this branch for the first time and whilst it was busy, we were still found somewhere to sit. Food and drinks were ordered quickly and the waiting staff did their best to be attentive, despite being very busy. Food was tasty and hot, the Brie and broccoli pasta bake was tasty. There is a great selection of food for... More
