Expensive for a family outing but the service was great, the portions large and more TVs than Sky studios.

We thought we'd give this restaurant a try as a Liverpool legend owns it and being football fans we thought it would be a fun experience. The food is okay but expensive for what you actually get. We both went for pasta and the quality was okay - but for the prices you would expect a bit more. We weren't... More

Absolutely gutted! Avid Liverpool fc fans. Was planning to experience his restaurant and go to anfield the following day. Drove all the way from margate, kent. Pre-booked in restaurant 2 weeks prior for 7.30pm, arrived early and it was shut! Ruined our day! Tried ringing phone line and it was dead.

I have been twice in last fortnight and enjoyed both trips. One was Friday, one weekday, and weekend nights are definitely better for atmosphere. Great service on the Friday night too. I had fajitas and veggie burger - recommend fajitas for tangy tomatoey sauce. And I went with a blue - but it's better for reds!

Understaffed. One waitress for whole place. Poor (quite unfriendly) welcome. No one there to greet on arrival as waitress run off her feet. Result v slow and poor service. Don't even have Guiness on tap (one of only 4 draught options listed) but serve you 500ml cans instead of a pint. Food is dreadful. 😭Starters were the worst sort of... More

Booked a booth to watch England game and was told when we arrived none available for 2 people but if we hang on for half hour we might have one of the two booths that weren't getting used!? Then asked if wed decided what we wanted to eat! waited and asked if we could have the booth 20 mins on... More

Thank you for your feedback Clashman. I’m sorry to hear you were not happy with the table provided. Unfortunately whether booking over the phone or online, it is not possible to reserve a booth, only request for one. To maximise the amount of seating available, these seats are reserved for 5 to 6 people. If the seating is available, then... More

We went in at lunchtime and were asked if we had a reservation which we didn't. Young girl replied 'no, we have no tables'. Not even a sorry or empathy. Just a 'no'. We were going to stay for a drink but I refuse to spend my money somewhere the staff are ill mannered with no customer service skills.

Ate here last night with my husband and another couple. Service was very good, our waitress looked after us well until we got our main course, then just got busy. Its a lovely relaxed restaurant, decor was lovely. Food, well we ended up leaving the place starving. Most of the meals went back barely touched. It was all tasteless. I... More
