A Very Nice Find!

We wandered in here because it was conveniently located, and we wanted lunch. The atmosphere was nice and the food was really good. We had the day's lunch special, soup and club sandwich, and it was great, especially the soup. The price was decent, too.

even standing outside in the worst storm I have ever seen experienced waiting for the Fire & Rescue Service to come deal with the fire alarm the storm had triggered couldn't spoil our evening. The food was delicious and the view over the Albert Dock was stunning

I visited What's Cooking at Albert Dock a fortnight ago. I had chosen this restaurant as my partner and I have eaten there before and have always been really impressed with everything - service, variety of dishes, atmosphere and, of course, the food! This time we were visiting with a couple of Australian friends. We had requested a dock view... More

In stark contrast with other premises on the Dock, this was a lovely lunch. Quick and friendly service, and nicely prepared food. Can highly recommend the milkshakes! Only thing preventing a 5th star was the relatively inflated price for the food, but I guess that's attributable to the location for the most part. Would definitely go back!

We ate here as a family of four, wow the food was amazing. We had a great selection of milkshakes and cocktails between us followed by a huge sharing plate of nachos. By the time we got to our delicious mains we couldn't fit much more good in, the servings were that generous! The staff were very friendly and attentive,... More

Loved the music that was being played and our food was great. The portions were huge and very filling. Definitely ordered toouch having a starter and a main. Shared a dessert as the ones we'd seen others eat looked fab and it was!

Listen, I have worked in hospitality for many many many years and I would love for trip advisor not to exist just as much as the next manager. Why can't people just talk the serving team or management at the time! Well brace yourselves as I am about to break my own rules ... I am still sitting here whilst... More

Went today to What's Cooking. We've never been before. What a lovely surprise! My partner and I went with our 5 year old son and my disabled mother. There was plenty of space to swing her scooter around. Staff were very keen to ensure she could transfer into the seat- checking height etc. Lovely staff and the food was to... More
