Pricey but fabulous tasting dishes.

Took my mum for her birthday. Very interesting small menu but there was something for everyone. Staff were attentive and very polite. The food portions were just about right. What they may have lacked in quantity they most certainly made up for in quality. The venison was fabulous and everyone... read more

We came for an early dinner here with a small baby. The staff were so helpful. We had stater, main course and dessert. Portions were small but we expected this. The food was nice but the desserts were disappointing. Overall a nice restaurant. Worth a visit.

Visited with friends for the first time, found the atmosphere and staff sterile. Portion sizes were very small, food was luke warm and after commenting that the steak was chewy, no offer of discount or an apology! Service took forever, overall not good value for money.

Had dinner here recently as part of a group of 8. The food was very good - nice presentation and some lovely cooking. My venison main course was terrific, and dessert also very good. Mallard starter was OK but others in the party had excellent starters so I didn't choose the best option! Only criticism was the speed of service.... More

My girlfriend and I have dined here several times on the evening menu. We have received great food and professional service to match each time and would highly recommend. It's not cheap but you pay for quality and that's what you get here!

Visited Lincoln over New Year and visited The Jews House after seeing the review on trip advisor. it is a lovely quaint restaurant and the food/service was excellent. Not cheap but worth the extra cost. Toilets are up in the attic and maybe not best visited after several glasses of wine. would definitely return.

Return visit and excellent as always. It is one of the more expensive Lincolnshire restaurants but it is also one of the very best. The food is always superb and the service and is top notch. Expect to pay ~£50 per head with reasonable wine but well worth it.

Great tasting menu, especially the sea trout starter, sociable friendly service, and an awesome venue to boot. A real gem!
