Well I took some persuading to go out for fish and Chips because I didn't think for one minute that I'd be served a meal to suit a gluten free diet but I was very pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is spotless and well decorated, the food superb and the service excellent. I chose the sea bass and salad main but... More

Me and some colleagues ate at this "restaurant" in between a very long drive. We were greeted by "holly" who clearly didn't want to be there. She didn't crack a single smile or engage in any light hearted comments by my colleagues. Everything seemed rushed and i did not feel welcome to eat here. I'm not sure why; we were... More

I'm terribly sorry you feel this way, we pride ourselves in our well trained and happy team. Holly informs me that not only does she love her job and enjoys being at work she did speak to the kitchen staff regarding your order as it was the day of our new menu launch and she wanted to ensure it was... I walked down from our rental and got in line at the door. You pre-order your fish before you get up to the register. Ask questions! I ordered way too much food, but it was delicious. There are lots of choices. FYI the scallops aren't shellfish; they're potatoes. The chips were the best.

Me and my partner brought dinner here last night and we were both violently vomiting in the middle of the night. Never again.

I visited by myself after finishing work early and it was Devine yet again. I had the salmon this time, poached with chips and garden peas. My waitress recommended sweet chilli sauce so I thought I would give it a go. It was delicious. I wish I lived on burton road so I could indulge more often! A+++++

Went with friends to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary, we were greeted warmly by the staff and served the best fish and chips ever. It was our first visit but hope it wont be the last!

We got take out thus didn't realise our order was short a portion of chips until we got home. The portions themselves are fairly small compaired to your average chip shop, made even smaller by the fact we were missing some of the order. The chips themselves were hard and overcooked, maybe it was a good job we didn't get... More
