Food was cooked to perfection, presented wonderfully. Atmosphere of the establishment was fantastic! I went a week ago and I am already looking to book my next trip! Fantastic please, would recommend to anyone!

I haven't been to this restaurant for about 5 years but it remains one of my favourites of all time. Very pleased to see nothing has changed! Very good food and a unique atmosphere - will be returning in the VERY near future!

I was very fortunate to receive some vouchers to dine at Hotel Maiyango which I saved for a special occasion (well, going back to university at any rate). It was a very enjoyable experience, with attentive staff, good food and an enjoyable, if a tad dark, moroccan vibe. When we arrived we were seated in a cute little wooden booth,... More

I had booked in advance and secured one of the booths in the restaurant which was great. There is a problem with Maiyangos in that it is possibly too popular for its size. If you do not book a booth , then dining here is a bit refectory like , with tables in two lines extremely close together ie just... More

I've eaten at Maiyango many times and always given it 5 stars on reviews here for its excellent food and service, so was very disappointed to pop in for a coffee and croissant today. The espresso was good as was the service, but the croissant was stale. I sent it back and asked if perhaps they'd reheated yesterday's croissants but... More

We enjoyed a Friday night out here while staying at the hotel, the food was exceptional and the service was good too, if you can get a table in one of the three booths it is a nice touch.

Been trying to get in Maiyango for a while as it came highly recommended. We sat and had a cocktail first but was over half an hour until we were seated (we did book). I then had to go up to the bar (as staff were busy) for another drink which involved squeezing through very tight spaces as the tables... More

The good a Nd service were excellent but the whole experience was just a bit over the top and too expensive . I just don't like lighting to be so dim when I am eating either!!0

Being Muslim it is difficult to find place that serve up halal meat, but here at Maiyango they cater for Muslims. I enjoyed the food, and atmosphere… and have been impressed on both occasions I have are here, I also enjoy the pallet cleansers that come out between meals as little treats! Worth the money and worth going out to... More
