We visited this weekend, and won't be returning! We ordered regular fish and chips,it would be classed as a mini fish in our local chippy! Very overpriced and small portions. They've had a refurb which looks ok but honestly £55 for 3 fish and chips regular,1 scampi and chips,2 small cokes,1 Prosecco and 1 lager.! Not forgetting £1.99 for the bread... More

I came to have fish and chips here with my children because of it's reputation as the best fish and chip restaurant. I have been in one of the other restaurants in a different city and was not that impressed. In the Harry Ramsdan's in Blackpool though! everything was fantastic! Great atmosphere, fabulous decor, loved the chandeliers, fresh flowers, giant... More

Were seated quickly by a rather abrupt waitress, when it asked for a children's menu for my son the same as the ones the children were busily colouring in on the next table she replied 'children's menu on your menu'....... Yes there was but that wasn't the point. Waited a very long time for standard fish and chip meals, and... More

I visited with relatives from Germany who wanted traditional fish and chips. We were not disappointed with the food. The fish, chips, peas, and curry sauce were piping hot and tasted delicious. The Spanish waiter that served us was polite and pleasant even speaking a little German to my guests. My only criticism was a young waitress who was stood... More

Had to wait about 10 mins for a table but well worth it, individual chicken and ham pie, with mash and mushy peas. £8,25, would go again

Just been to the newly opened Ramsden's in Larbert and I am very, very disappointed.A single chicken and fish super cost £11.15, the chicken was awful and there was only half a small haddock with a small amount of chips. The fish was very dry, certainly not fresh. That's my first and last time at this place and I don't see a... My children aged 4 and 6 visited Harry Ramsden's on Wed 27th August. After a short wait we were shown to our table, given menus and told our waitress would be with us shortly. It was really busy, but we waited around 15 minutes for our order to be taken, and a further 10 minutes or so for our drinks... More
