Really enjoyed Captain Jacks, the staff were great with the kids. The food was quite quick and very tasty. It cost us £30 for 2 adults and 2 kids (kids eat free), including all drinks so good value.

The kids loved it and so did we. The food was very well presented and staff were very accommodating. We had to wait about 45 minutes though and it was quite busy.

Family friendly casual eating place. Good friendly service, good choice of food, kids eat free with paying adult. Served kebabs, ribs, hunters chicken, burgers etc...we choose hunters chicken which was delicious. Only negative comment would be we ordered Heineken lager as there premium lager but it didn't taste quite right and would not be surprised if it watered down in... More

While visiting many of Blackpools attraction was told to eat here due to the handy location and young kids eat free is an added bonus, pretty small place but food was nice, nothing special but tasty. On our first visit ordered sides & extra drinks but these never arrived, We questioned if we had been charged for these & was... More

Restaurant is very very small so quite busy all the time and can feel like you're sat with the table next to you. Food was of good standard but quite overpriced for what you order. Service was brilliant and staff very happy to help. With two prams and two small girls the kids eat free was appealing but as said... More

Came back here because we visited last year and it was great. Ordered ribs for me, ribs and wings for my husband and chicken goujons for my son. My ribs were delicious and so were my husbands, my son's chicken was a bit tough but ok. The main issue is that it takes ages, I guess that means it's freshly... More

Firstly the ribs in Captain jacks are outstanding, but don't get a steak, I got a rib eye (ha ha) it was about 1/4" thick, over cooked and full of gristle it was more like a scrag end .Upon complaint I got a negative attitude, I will never venture in the place again. So if you do go only get... More

We walked past it and was not sure of the place at first. But after seeing what people were getting and what was displayed on the counter, we gave it a shot. The staff are friendly, if a little disjointed and we were served at once. I ordered a ribeye steak (medium done) and my husband ordered ribs with hot... More
