We have visited the Curry Queen several times now. We always go on on a Sunday when the whole menu is half price which makes for excellent value. The food is always excellent and the staff polite and helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

I was surprised to find the food in here such great value for money, as I agree from the outside it does look like a takeaway. We had a four course meal and it was all as tasty as it looked. However, we were told that nobody has been able to finish the full amount of the four courses available.... More

Being an Indian, I hardly find any good indian restuarants in UK. This one is definetly in my good books. Quality food and plenty of food for a 4 course banquet. My favourite would be Prawn Puree. Will definetly visit next time.

Ate there last night, had the banquet for £9.99, very nice. Good value, plenty of food. They also do a non curry option. Quite a small restaurant and can get busy so worth reserving a table.

Had the four courses for £12.95 and can't complain about value for money; just a little disappointed with the main course. My chicken Madras was pieces of chicken in a sauce, and the chicken Korai was pieces of chicken tikka in a sauce. Staff are fine, place is fine, but I've had far better main courses.

This place looks like a takeaway from the outside but once inside it is much nicer. The 4 course banquet menu for £9.95 was better than expected and included a starter, popadoms with dips, main course with rice and a naan bread. Overall a very nice meal and great value for money.
