Toast is a nice place to have a bite to eat. The food is well cooked and well presented. The staff are nice but the seating arrangement is not geared towards the comfort of the diner. Too many tables and not enough room.

Good food and ambience. Rebecca very helpful with a 'doggybag' after I ordered too much! Recommended for a reliable meal experience!

The food was great, one of the waitresses was superb. Only downside was it was rather expensive, so couldn't visit more than once!

Don't be fooled by the exterior. From the outside, Toast looks like one of those harsh, clattery pub/bars that might get a bit leery of an evening (for all I know, that might happen, as we went along for lunch!) Having read previous reviews which were poles apart I decided to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and I'm pleased I did! Staff were very friendly, atmosphere relaxed and the food was spot on.
