The outside looked very friendly and inviting. But we were deceived by the bright lights and recommendations. Staff were moody and short with me and my family due to there being a large group of us. Once ordered the food took abnormally long to be prepared for what it was (small fish and chips all round) Then when the food... More

This is our 2nd visit in 2 years. We always come here when visit the lights. The place is always very busy so you'll need to be patient. But the wait is well worth it. BTW all the food is cooked fresh on the premises and is always brilliant.

I had visited a cafe across the road from the the Bispham kitchen last year, I saw streams of people queuing outside in the rain for the this restaurant and wondered what all the fuss was, so my partner and I went in for fish and chips, I was surprised to see it was busy on a Monday evening, we... The place was really busy with queues outside. Ordering was very efficient and the service was also good. BEWARE they only take cash. There is an ATM close by, though. FAR better than Harry's by the North Pier.

Value for money, the fish is first class, the chips were superb not greasy at all.The only downside is the mushy peas.At 93p a portion I think they were over priced.

We visit this place every year when we bring the kids to see the lights. The food is always good and great value for money. It's not a Michelin star restaurant but the food is good wholesome and always tasty. The price is very keen and the kids portions are sufficient to feed an adult with a small appetite. It's... More

Service ok, food good but thought for the price the portions should have been bigger, and I didn,t have the small size. Not a place I would go out of my way to visit.
