My wife and I popped in by chance on a slightly wet and cold afternoon. This is a great choice for a delicious, well prepared, and nicely presented dinner. The menu is varied with many meat, fish, vegetable, pasta, and salad selections. It's possible too to have a light dinner, something that seems to be a rarity for UK restaurants (from an American point of view) with their emphasis on heavy sauces and cream-based dishes.... More

We dropped in on the offchance with an old friend....what a pleasant surprise...the food was really good with an amazing amount of choice and different dishes to experience and the puds were to die for!!!!! We will return....

This place is near perfect, lovely atmosphere, very clean, nice loos (amazing how many places aren't nice) lovely people, nice spot in Windermere centre, loads of choice for everyone including us veggies, although the steak and burger choices also look good! We came in on a bank holiday and the place was heaving which speaks volumes about its popularity. Nevertheless the staff worked tirelessly to keep everyone happy and we were kept informed of our wait time which is all you can ask for really. Food was absolutely delicious and we returned again each day.
