Nice restaurant with friendly service. Some of the dishes here are very authentic, including a delicious wild boar ragu. Prices are very reasonable and the array of choices is vast!! I would be happy to return here!

We visited Luca's on 23rd August 2014, luckily we booked ahead as the restaurant was full. We had a nice bottle of red wine and enjoyed the mushroom starter. Also I had the Lamb Shank which was very tender and tasted great. Well recommended would visit again when back in the lake district.

Well worth a visit; atmosphere and the service is excellent. We both had pizzas which were well cooked and very tasty.

We went here for our 10th anniversary, as we have always been very pleased in the past. This time was no exception. The restaurant was very busy when we arrived, this did not prevent the staff from being attentive. We had antipasta to start with, followed by duck for me and seafood risotto for my husband. The only small criticism... More

Stopped here on the way back from a though 19mile hike. Had a dog with us so asked if we could eat outside as it was a warm night. Staff looked after us well and gave water for the dog. Had garlic, onion and rosemary garlic bread to start. Tuna steak with risotto and pesto pasta with chicken and mushrooms... More

Eat here on a Saturday evening, the service was pretty good, but the food did not live up to some of the other comments on TA. My pizza was slightly undercooked, as a result had a doughy taste, the starters were better, did not have a dessert.

Nice atmosphere, busy italian restaurant based just on the outskirts of Keswick, the service was good and the food did not disappoint. Didn't have dessert but they looked gorgeous...would definitely go back..

We ate here for five nights in a row and tried something different each night and were not disappointed. The wine list is priced at a sensible level as well. The staff are very pleasant from walking in the door to leaving. Definitely the place to go in Keswick, from the Pencil factory carry on over the bridge and Lucas... More

Our food was disappointing, we had expected fresh pasta but it did not seem fresh, and it was overpriced..... go for pub food in Keswick instead or just take a picnic if its a nice night to a scenic spot with your family. Sadly we were disappointed by lucas!
