Had a takeaway from here, had cashew nut curry (not bad at all) onion bhajis, rice etc. Prices are fair, food was hot. Would use it again but wouldn't rave about it, was good average curry.

The food was ok and the service very good. An ok restaurant to visit, quite a large restaurant and didn't feel particularly atmospheric but on the whole we enjoyed our time there and again, the staff were very good

Things on the menu I have never had before in any other Asian restaurant (as well as the usuals) and they are LOVELY. Good choices for vegetarians and pescatarians.

We have eaten here on several occasions over the past few years. The interior is much better than it was when we first visited, the restaurant having expanded next door. The food is good although on our last visit the Dansak was simply far too hot and in the end we ended up leaving half of it. A good place... More

We all really fancied a curry. Table was booked for 7pm on a Tuesday night. This is where the problems started. We made a drinks order 4 times, it wasn't until my 12 yr old got up and spoke to someone that they finally arrived! It then took them 50 minutes to bring out starters one of which was so... More

We live locally and visit the spice of Bengal on a regular basis. We have never had a bad meal here. We are always welcomed by the friendly staff and the food is great value! Have been to other Indian restaurants that have been given better reviews than this place but have been disappointed when comparing it to our local... More

Spot the lamb in my rogan Josh. Very poor curry. Previously visited in June and meal was very good but this time poor. Have they changed chef?

We had a takeaway for 5 of us. We couldn't get through on the phone which was a pain so drove down to order. We were told it would be 30 mins wait but we asked if it could be quicker and they did it in 15. The food was tasty and very enjoyable. And a reasonable price.

Although this was the only place open for Boxing Day, we had a good meal. We had a mango Chicken course which the wife found very tasty and we've had been to some good curry houses that can't do a sweet curry! I had a chicken bhuna which didn't come out as expected, not a bad thing, just that it... More

On entering the restaurant the furnishings were in need of updating and in the case of the carpet replacing, however we ordered our food and drink and were glad we stayed. The service and food was very good. We are regular visitors to the area and will be calling again.
