Went there last Friday (20th Feb). Had an excellent time. Really good service. Didnt order off the menu but got AJ to organise a couple of dishes after the usual popadom appetisers. Oh my word, what a dump! We crawled into Rays Place after Beverley Races last year. Bad bad bad. Im not sure what flavours the currys are supposed to be but theyre certainly not your run of the mill 'korma'. The redeeming quality of this place is that it's BYO. But the curries to me all looked and tasted the same - kind of pink in colour and they were very generous with the grease. Not my kind of curry house even after drinking all day. more
