This place is a little overpriced, both food and drink but it does have a good atmosphere and the food is good. A nice place to eat whatever the time of day.

Have been a couple of times now, and never been disappointed. The meals are of large portion, to be honest you dont need a starter!! First time I had the mushroom stroganoff with half rice/chips. Last night I had the fish chips & minted mushy peas, again big portions and totally delicious, the fish was fresh with crispy batter, I... More

Having previously eaten here on numerous occasions and enjoyed the food, our last visit was a huge disappointment. I had a burger, which tasted like sausages. I complained to a member of staff who just looked at me very blankly. Won't rush back

Quick lunch during the Freedom Festival...food was great, service was spot on. All in all a good experience and good value. Will definitely visit again.

If you have been longing for crisp crunchy batter, flaky white fish and delicious chips that don't seem like a pathetic attempt to make you feel like you are not the leper in the room - look no further! I was over from Australia visiting family and these fish and chips were divine. I hope the same people are running... More

Its supposed to be the most important meal of the day , and Ive got to say that i seem to have a lot better day when I have a decent breakfast. Thats why I make it down to Leonardo's when ever I can. They make breakfast just how you'd like it, choice of everything and all freshly cooked to... More

On a one night stop over in Hull & thought we'd try the old part of the city looking for a pub or restaurant for our evening meal....... after very long stroll and little choice, came across Leonardos. All I can say is friendly staff, great choice food (enormous portions) and thanks for dinner from two hungry travellers

Stumbled across this place when visiting hull to see relatives. Lovely, great value home cooked food and excellent service. Portions are massive!!!! Only very small criticism was my mother isn't keen on red meat and gets bored of pasta and fish and chips and there was a huge lack of anything chicken. Perhaps incorporate a chicken dish on your great... More

Location is perfect: close to all the museums, the Old Town, Marina and Ferens Art Gallery. Staff and service excellent. Food and wine very good. Very drinkable Cab Sauv. My friends said their Stroganoff and Haddock were delicious. My burger was made of excellent quality meat and came with the best coleslaw I have ever had. Chips and salad very... More

Ate here with my mum whilst on a shopping trip to Hull. Lovely food, great value, quality and price. I opted for the beef burger which i have to say was the best burger i have eaten in a pub for a very long time, it came in a bun with cheese and bacon, really tasty. The salad and fries... More
