The Tiger Moth is a large pub, which offers great food at a very reasonable price! We are very family friendly and children are welcome up until 9pm. We have five large screen TV's, one of which is 3D and one is outisde by the smoking area so you never have to miss any of the action! We have a good sized car park with 50 spaces including four disabled parking spaces.

Nice food

Wish there was a section shut off for diners as in the evening the pub gets a bit rowdy and your eating right next to people playing darts and having a good night out, it's a bit awkward. The food is nice though and reasonably priced with comfy seating too.

Went out with a group of friends for lunch and were very disappointed with what we were served, the burgers were black, there were very few chips on the plate and all looked very unappealing, the scampi was very dry and even less chips, had to find our own cutlery and sauces. Waited 45 minutes for the meal even though there... More

The food is not going to win any awards but is decent enough and good value for money. Friendly cheery staff but a lengthy wait for our food due to the popularity of this local pub.

Like another post said there are lots of regulars who stand at the bar shouting and swearing really loudly. We left early because we had our children with us and the bar staff didn't seem to mind even though they could obviously hear them. Most of the pub could hear them. We were a little surprised that the manager or... More

This is your typical cheap eatery. The food is ok, staff are always friendly. Tend to find a lot of swearing customers drink here, so don't take kids here. Last time went, police where there.

Although the Tiger Moth proudly displays it's 5* food hygiene rating, the overall cleanliness of the building leaves much to be improved. The menu's are sticky, the tables need a good scrub, the toilet doors are also sticky (don't want to think what with), and the carpet is a mess of walked in chips. The food wasn't bad, but we... Not going to go over board but even tho its pub grub two of the mixed grills came to our table not sizzling on the menu description ALL SERVED ON A SIZZLING SLATE which personally was a major upset for my birthday meal. Bar staff and sevice was unacceptable on all manor of service. But we all had a fabulous... More

If you're a steak and hambuger sort of person, you'll like this, the menu has lots of choice for everyone. Sharer starter was lovely, mains was ok, scampi was on the small side, burger came with fries instead of proper chips. Service was hit and miss, had to chase the staff up at some points of our visit, nice large... More

Second time going to the Tiger Moth and again it was great. The menu has loads to choose from and it all looks so good. Had some kids with us this time and the children's menu was really good too. The food is really nice and at a great cost. It was a Saturday lunch time when we went and... More

Flaming Grill pubs are not going to be fine dining, but my meal was good in every way. We visited in the early evening and found the pub to be quite busy. They were setting up for a Poker Night, so this might explain the number of people but despite this our food was served quite quickly. I chose a... More
