Went here for a late lunch after being let down by The Barnyard. The restaurant was quiet empty so got a table straight away. Kids meal choices were good, portion size was also good. Starter was nice, I had the prawn and avocado salad. Mains, half rack pork ribs and chicken wings with salad bar. All pretty average food nothing... More

Beautiful day yesterday to eat in this lovely airy and bright restaurant. Lots of space, not too busy and the food was delicious. We had just visited Dickens' World (Fab!) so it was only a stone's throw from the free car park - all nice and I would definitely visit again. Thanks to all the lovely staff there for such... More

Booked to have lunch for Father's Day on 15th June at 1pm. When we arrived a member of staff opened the door to me, was impressed. Was seated with my awaiting party promptly, however there was only about 3 other groups in the restaurant at the time. This concerned me from the onset as Father's Day is a busy 'dining... More

Booked a table for my birthday meal with friends because I had vouchers for free cocktails given when I last visited, which was a lovely experience - Good food and good service. We were very pleasantly greeted by the best staff member in there (blond hair). They said to let them know if we wanted the window blind closed because... More

Went for lunch the other day after visiting the Chatham Historic Docks and sat outside in the sun. Pleasant outlook and friendly staff but the place was not busy. Food was reasonably cooked but the portions were very American with the main course on my two course lunchtime menu being too much to finish. More care and attention to portion... More

Had dinner and cocktails here last week and the food was lovely - well presented along with very friendly staff who could not do enough for you. I had the salad bar with my meal which had a lot of variety. Only disappointment was that my partner was looking forward to their signature pizzas which wasn't on the menu this... More

Went to this restaurant for lunch on Sunday, the service was slow and the staff were not efficient. The food for our party of 5 was poor and that was both starter and main course. For what we had it was over priced, We all said that we wood not return.

Service was very good BUT the food was disappointing ........only all right. On explaining my reasons for not really enjoying my lunch, I was offered (and accepted) a full apology & refund. What a shame that this once very acceptable restaurant has become very 'run of the mill'.

disappointing service and food. I would not recommend. What I would recommend though is to save your money and eat somewhere else! Very bad overall!!!

We had a lovely day watching the dragon boats and looking at Dunkirk boats , then we made the mistake going into Zippers for a meal. It was awful we ordered drinks that were sloped on the table We had the Nachos which tasted like sand paper , the chicken wings came in a bowl with nowhere to put the... More
